I found the .exe manually through the file explorer to make sure I was selecting the right folder in Vortex, so I know it's not user error. I've tried reinstalling Vortex with anti-virus disabled as others have suggested, that didn't help either. It just keeps saying it can't find the .exe. Any help is much appreciated, thank you <3

Looks like this was fixed in 1.4.12 - make sure you have the latest Vortex build installed.
