aurreth
Wait, you disabled a bunch of mods... did you make a named save and then clean it? Mods store data in the saved game file. When you disable a mod it does not remove that data. Most of the time you can get away with it, but sometimes there are settings leftover that change vanilla behavior. To get rid of all of that you need to create a clean save. 1. Make a named save. Open the console, and type "savegame CleanMe".2. Exit the game.3. Download Resaver. Run that, and in the Select SaveFile dialog box that appears select the named save (CleanMe) that you just created. It will tell you you need to fix all those removed mods.4. Click on the "Clean" menu at the top, then "Remove unattached instances". Click OK however many times you need to get back to the main window.5. Repeat, with "Remove undefined elements".6. File --> Save. Overwrite the existing file (don't worry, Resaver makes a backup). Now start the game, and at the loading screen instead of Continue select Load, then pick the cleaned named save (CleanMe). Now, see if you still have problems. If you do the fix is probably in the INI files. If not, enable a mod, check. Disable mod. Load the CleanMe save. Try the next mod. Keep doing that until you find out which one is producing bad results.
Flumme
I .... still have the shiny hair. And I have taken everything out .... I found a "clean" savegame. I have startet a new game without MO2, with all mods disabled, with the clean savegame, without ENB or ReShade and I still have shiny hair. Could it be from something at "options"? I have disabled here reflections and everything I found.
Flumme
A friend told me it could be a reflection problem ... SOmebody know how to disable reflections in F4? With the options it does not work. OR Somebody know how to put "Detailed Shadow" ONLY on the hair? Edited April 20, 2021 by Flumme
DanteRedfield
You could look at the material file and fiddle around with the check boxes or remove cubemaps if there are any, but I think hair always looks like that in some lights Edited April 20, 2021 by DanteRedfield
Flumme
Hello, thanks very mutch to everybody who tried to help me. *hugs* I have tried a lot: I made a new profil in MO2 without everything, just the pure game: Still "car paint hair". So I reinstalled my favorite ENB & Reshade combination and there is a solution: WITH Effects and WITH "Detailed Shadow" I have wonderful "normal" hair. Still a bit adjustment to make, but with a combination of "options adjustment", ENB, ReShade and Mods - now I have a nice game grafik. For my personal taste it could be a bit brighter ... It WOULD be brigther without the Effects (and without the Detailed Shadow), but than I would have "car paint hair" again. :wallbash: If somebody find ever a solution for this problem: Please write it here. I'm sure other players will see it. Thank you. Edited April 21, 2021 by Flumme
