Game crashes after 4-5 minutes sitting, for SS: Conqueror to setup

So this is my load order this moment. I used LOOT to get my order before copying it. I am able to play normally, if I don't have any of the SS (Sim Settlements + Addons) mods enabled. After going through the SS: Conquerors setup and ready to start, when it reaches about 12% of prebuilding the areas it would CTD. I don't have issues when I have any of the SS mods enabled, its only when I am waiting for the process to finish for the prebuilding areas and such. The things that I enabled in 'War' is to be occupied by settlers and setting them to Neutral. Honestly, not sure whats CTD, it could be because of Conqueror process of setting everything up. Can anyone give me feed on what I should do, I am going to be trying Loading SS mods first before anything else and let it run its process and hope it doesn't crash when setting up.

 

I ran Wrye Bash, most are green and some are yellow and there is no red/orange.
