Thought he might be interesting enough to get someone to port him over to special edition in all of his turian glory. That's the first requirement Looked all over and even used the wayback machine but looks like the author posted it on a old and now long gone forum page and had not resurface since unless anyone reading knows anything about the author. Only working download link was a alternate from a mod review site.
