Yes, I can see it now. I would suggest running LOOT, as I suspect that the load order is wrong. M48A5 also has some really good advice that you should really look into.

I disabled all the mods and still have a problem. I was thinking it may be an issue with the ini files but I don't know much about that.

Solved it I needed to use a new ini file from one of the mods. Thought I didn't need it because the tutorial I read said I got it from a previous mod.
