wallernotsowelsh
Dont really understand your question, but you place the floor of a regular interior, exactly the same you do with the walls, iirc. Just look for a floor tile and place it. (someone correct me if i wrong)
Switch
Yeah, and remember most floor pieces are tied in with the walls. So you don't really place the floor as such, you place the walls along with it. There are some "center" pieces that are floors. As for finding pieces for the inside of a Hlaalu home, just go to the Statics tab and scroll down til you find in_hlaalu_room_ pieces. Then just place them and learn what's what. It's always trial and error early on but you soon learn the pattern to the IDs :P Also, make sure to use Snap to Grid and Snap to Angle when placing flooring, walls etc. it makes it MUCH easier. Eiade
I've always taken the lazy way out. This is what I do: I just go to any other house in balmora, pick a floor plan that I like, then copy from that cell and paste it in my own cell. Then I delete all furniture, npc's, misc items, containers, etc., then tada! You have your own new floor plan! And it saves you from having all the frustrations of trying to put together your own room.
Adras
But its not origional =o) Where is the fun in that? No matter where I build my house, its always on/in a cliffside because I hate having restrictions to how big I can build it. So it always ends up underground =o) Then the size could be limitless... Switch
For cave interiors, just scroll down Statics until you find IDs like in_moldcave_01 and start placing them. Learn what's what and you can soon piece them together, but it's much trickier than constructing a normal house interior. You can get different colours/textures of rock depending on the ID, like in_lavacave will give you rock like you'd find inside a volcanic area, etc. Exteriors are harder. I don't think you can create new exterior cells but if you go to the ones labeled "Wilderness" you can make your own islands.
Adras
In the CS, if you go to an exterior cell, you could go around the entire island. It would take forever, and it would be slow loading but you could do it. And, no you cant make a new Exterior cell without a lot of work. I think you could but you would have to make a new .esm and all that fun stuff...
