High Res Texture Pack without esp - does this still work?

I've noticed a difference in the old format of the archive list and the current one. Back when the highrestexturepack-patch was released, the trick was to change the skyrim.ini like this:

[Archive]

sResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa, HighResTexturePack01.bsa, HighResTexturePack02.bsa

But nowadays it looks like this:

[Archive]

sResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa

sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa, HighResTexturePack01.bsa, HighResTexturePack02.bsa, HighResTexturePack03.bsa

So...does it still work?

Personally I disable the official hi-res textures, and use mods instead--SMIM, Vurts Flora Update, WATER, Real Ice and Snow (Dark Snow), Six Rugged Rocks--in their medium or lower res options (Static Mesh Improvement Mod offers a very customizable load menu, so you can pick the things that matter most). IMO I think it looks better and has less load on my Graphics card.

Works, but not fully. For example, to get HD diffuse and normals for Stalhrim armor from Dragonborn DLC, you need to activate HighResTexturePack03.esp even if you have line for HighResTexturePack03.bsa in your .ini (tested).

Mhm...okay that's stupid. I erased that. I could verify the game files to get it back, but I have a feeling this might mess things up. Could someone upload the esp for me? Thanks in advance.
