leedavis Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Since I bouth this game two years ago I've had this problem. Every patch I download changes nothing. I've searched thousands of forums and have tweaked my graphics card hundreds of times. Nothing changes. The intro video for the new game keeps acting up. The top five squares are normally fine, no problems. But the botttom five either freeze when the video first starts, or are extremely slower than the top five. I have an ATI Radeon X1300, with a Pentium 4 HT 2.6 GHtz processer, 2 GB ram. I have downloaded several Radeon drivers, and though this speeds up the FPS in Oblivion, it has no effect on the Intro video. I have the 1.20416 Patch and this changed nothing.
