Oblivion Ini issue URGENT, GETTING ANNOYED [saveini WILL NOT help.]

Long story short, my ini settings won't stick, specifically Actor, Item and Object Fade. They start at the settings I set them to, but eventually bugger off back to triple 0s. I've edited the Ini directly, used Tweak Programs, edited in-game wth save ini, NOTHING. Here's my load order, if anyone wants to try and figure out what it may be...

Please note, as said, this is URGENT. Oblivion's playable, but I don't like having things I SHOULD be able to see pop up 3 feet away from me, ESPECIALLY NPCs.

 

EDIT: They will SOMETIMES stick in INTERIORS, but changing cells or the like causes them to reset.

Are you editing the ini in My Documents\My Games\oblivion and NOT the one in your install folder?

 

Have you turned off the feature in Streamline that maintains your framerate (forgot what it's called)?

Uh, Streamline's not active anymore. I haven't exited OBMM since I deleted it. But yes,I'm editing Oblivion.ini, not Oblivion_default.ini, and yes, when Streamlne was active, that was off.

I re enabled Streamline and did some modifying, but it still won't save the settings... :/

You might want to desist from making statements like that, both in the subject and the content of your post. It 'may' seem URGENT to you, but I can assure you, it is not URGENT to anybody else, and (besides typing in all capitals) comes over as impolite, pushy, demanding... you name it. I, for one, don't respond well to pushy or demanding posts, and I'm certainly not the only one.

Opinions, noses, etc. No, in this situation, in comes over as "Every other gotdang help topic didn't fruggin' work" so I resorted to the forums. I say resorted because I rarely actually get help, but most things I end up fixing myself. this? not so much. At least not with the copy I had [CD from a couple years ago, registered on Steam] in which I decided to buy the GOTY Editon on Steam. So it's fixed. Thus, the topic can be closed.

 

Edit: I figured the issue out, actually, AFTER I spent money on a new copy of Oblivion. `-` It was oss133's Nearly Perfect Frame Rate Optimizer.
