prod80
bleh... NMM :\ gotta love Beta's Ok last go... I dont have this issue, but I use NMM 0.44.1 (I have not updated since it is working fine for me - so why update) Perhaps you can see if an older version of NMM solves this for you... Older versions can be found here in the spoiler; http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/896029-nexus-mod-manager-release-notes/ I do not know the exact procedure to keep all your mod information in place from your current installation, so that could potentially suck a lot

Zeitgeist2013
I also have this problem! I reinstalled Skyrim 3 times with trying different mod lineups, but luckily I found this thread! :smile:In fact I can live with that, as long as I remember this problem. To sum up this thread for others! ProblemNexus ModManager writes 2 entries in the plugins.txt:skyrim.esmSkyrim.esmBoth entries are invalid and have two be removed manually. SymptomaticsIssues that are caused by this "bug" in Skyrim:CTD when loading a save gameEndlos idle title screen, when starting a new game (A quick hint for TES5edit users: The tool does not recognize this problem at all.) SolutionsThere are two solutions at this point: correct plugins.txt manually over and over (It can be found in ...\%user%\AppData\Skyrim\)Or install an older version of NMM as suggested in (http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/999583-skyrim-plugins-issue/page-2&do=findComment&comment=8106663) Edited September 13, 2013 by Zeitgeist2013
