Druuler Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Logging in on the Forums side today, and get the message "Sorry, we could not find any content you are following." in the Content You Follow section. Given that I had more than a few pages of content under that heading yesterday, this is a wee bit strange. Edit: And to add to the weirdness, even though I am logged in on the Forums, I am not logged in on the Mods side....wtf?Edit 2: As of right now (8:56 pm EST), I am automatically logged into the mods side, after logging in through the forums, but still missing content in Content You Follow...
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted May 10, 2021 Community Manager Posted May 10, 2021 So I am looking in the right place, do you mean this page? https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?app=core&module=search&do=followed
QQuix Posted May 10, 2021 Posted May 10, 2021 Same here. (Yesterday was OK.) Clicking in the link above gets me this:
Druuler Posted May 10, 2021 Author Posted May 10, 2021 Yes, that is the one.Edit: My area looks the same as the above screenshot.
Norstaera Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Same here. I tried unfollowing a topic, then following it again. Still blank. I also logged out all the way out and back in. My followed content is still empty except for the message "Sorry, we couldn't find any content you are following."
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted May 12, 2021 Community Manager Posted May 12, 2021 I've created a ticket to look into this. We've had some performance issues with the forum lately so it might be related to one of the fixes.
Druuler Posted May 13, 2021 Author Posted May 13, 2021 It seems that the issue has been corrected at this time! Thank-you so much to the Nexus team! :D
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted May 13, 2021 Community Manager Posted May 13, 2021 If it disappears again, do let us know. We turned off one of the fixes today so that may have been related. It's possible we'll need to turn it back on at some point though.
