My main grip re: tags is I can't tell what a checkmark means: does it mean "show these files" or "exclude these files"?
-
I'm interested; is it too late?

This has been said before, I'm sure, but for what it's worth- why does "modern" mean "90-degree angles replace curves"? I like how the "old" Nexus looks, with its pill-shaped buttons at the top of the screen. Microsoft already did away with curves in Windows; hope Nexus doesn't go the same way.

Thanks for the reality check, Moto. :) It isn't much, but I'll throw in my two coppers. I buy games from Steam and, when possible, from GOG because I'd rather not have to run a client. (Even Undertale is available on GOG now!) Except in the event of a fire at HQ, that means I don't need to worry about losing a game. So *looking at you, Electronic Arts* why isn't Return of the King available to download? Seriously- it's a 3-disc game- guaranteed lost or your money back (not).

Question- where is this .xml file?

Does anyone know what level of compression Morrowind's .dds files use?

In response to post #25577504. #25951714 is also a reply to the same post. Thanks...

The Morrowind Graphics Extender doesn't have screenshots? That's weird.

I hear you, Roadrunner. Tell you what, I'll look around and see what's available.

In response to post #2055284. #8129299 is also a reply to the same post. I agree. Personally I've always felt it odd that certain clothes in Oblivion make Argonian women look well-endowed.

Seriously- it's bad manners to create a new-texture or race mod and not upload screenshots.

Recommended Mods for an Oblivion Newbie? [2011]
Tigersong replied to PsalmLove's topic in Oblivion's Discussion
Allow me to suggest Think to Yourself. It changes many of the second-person notifications (you've harvested Aloe Vera) to first-person (I've harvested Aloe Vera.) A great mod for immersion; my only regret is that it can't be used on the Xbox version of Oblivion. -
I think it could be something to do with animations. Maybe Bethesda never figured out how to animate snakes?

So we've seen how in both Oblivion and Skyrim, the developers destroyed a town and left it for modders to rebuild. I wonder if this will become an Elder Scrolls tradition, or if Bethesda will rebuild the town in the next game?
