:D This one has tested several solutions provided at SkyUI wiki page and also these 14 pages from The Nexus Forums. That thread is both outdated and 'solved' also last few pages are full of users that hadn't read previous pages (I know lol)

These are the issues I'm getting

NONE!
I just get the pop up
Mods (Skyrim Souls, CC Survival Mode and Quick Loot) working properly
No delay on Menu

These are my Skyrim.ini command lines:

Locating Skyrim.ini:

Since I'm using MO2 Skyrim.ini will be located within MO2/profiles/[profile] folder, however, there will still exist the same archive at User/My Games/Skyrim Special Edition
I will always be modifying both

SkyUI wiki

SkyUI Wiki page on the other hand says these are supposed to be the original Values:

iMinMemoryPageSize=128
iMaxMemoryPageSize=512
iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=76800

I presumed that wasnt even accurate info so I added those lines to my Skyrim.ini:

This DIDNT work

I presumed I was wrong presuming that wasn't accurate info so I replaced my lines with those in the wiki

This DIDNT work

Restored my original files and reinstalled SKSE as advised on the wiki

Next step would be to verify the following INI setting

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

Again, that is not even in your original INI files so I will add it

This DIDNT work

Additional The Nexus Forums posted steps

Erase ini files and start new game

This DIDNT work

Erase Papyrus lines and start new game

This DIDNT work

Try this, type these commands into the console in-game:[/background]
getinisetting "iMinMemoryPageSize:Papyrus"
getinisetting "iMaxMemoryPageSize:Papyrus"
getinisetting "iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes:Papyrus"
If any of those return a 0 or a negative number then it is indeed a ini issue if they don't then for some reason your SKYUI is reporting a false error.[/background]

my return is:

getinisetting iMinMemoryPageSize:Papyrus >> NOT FOUND
getinisetting iMaxMemoryPageSize:Papyrus >> NOT FOUND
getinisetting iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes:Papyrus >> 153600

That should be iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes:Papyrus

Manually extract SkyUI.ini from the attached archive into your Skyrim DATA folder and see if it solves the problem.

EDIT: btw, are there any INI files from other mods in your main DATA folder at all? If so, they could be the cause of your problem.
Attached Files
Attached File SkyUI_ini.rar 212bytes 2743 downloads

copied that ini into my Data Folder

This DIDNT work

Ok, well this script will definitely fix your problem. Extract "ski_main.pex" from the attached archive and place it in your DATA/SCRIPTS folder. It will bypass the ini check.

This DID remove ERROR code 4 and generated ERROR code 6 (missmatching version)

Additional Skyrim Installation Info

-Wrye Bash couldn't find Skyrim installation, had to install it as "other installation folders"
-Skyrim cannot be found as a program on Windows Start Menu
-Skyrim is installed in the same Device as System
-Skyrim Mods, MO2 and SSE are all installed inside 3 different folders inside My Documents folder

about SKyUI error Code 4, the solution was to delete skyrim.ini

As I scripted on first post that I did it but I've done further steps in order to add more information about my procedure in that manner

I've disabled all mods but SKSE, SkyUI and ENB files

Since I'm using MO2 Skyrim.ini will be located within MO2/profiles/[profile] folder, however, there will still exist the same archive at User/My Games/Skyrim Special Edition

I will always be modifying both

And then I launch Skyrim from Steam to create the /My Games/Skyrim Special Edition/Skyrim.ini archive

disable SkyUI

Then when I run SKSE I got this message for Obvious reasons: I have manualy deleted the ini file requested.

Once regenerated both ini files Reinstall SkyUI

Still, having no other saves, when I go into NEW game I get Error code 4 again.

Thank you for your interest
