how's it going guys, I'm V. and ive been modding Skyrim for years but never even heard of the forums. willing to try and help any new users here who have issues with getting started!



little bit about me: im 20, frequently play Skyrim, DD:DA, and VTM: Bloodlines. im an avid tabletop fangirl whos stuck with the forever GM curse. and tbh this is my first forum account ever, so i could use a little comment etiquette crash course lol

Pretty simple way to look at forum etiquette ... imagine you are in the same locked windowless room as the person you are replying to/helping and they are 230 pounds of solid muscle with a gaze that slices right through your very soul.

 

In that case would you bait or diss that person?

Best place to start is in the specific area where you will find people focused on the games you play too.

 

Specific Forum threads like these:

At the top left of the page http://www.Nexusmods.com you will see a pin link for your Games; just to the right of Nexusmods.  Click On: Games and add all your fav's to the list.

 

To make a quick link for your fav's add them to Games link.  Once you have all your favs in the list click on any one of them to take you directly to the mods (loaded page appears for your game choice to look at).

 

You can get to the forum specifically for one of your games from that games mods page.  To do that for a specific game by while on the mod page for the game click On: Community.  In it's menu click On Forums.

 

That will take your page directly to where other modders post for the specific game you want to add help and find help.
