For Abernathy farm, just get Hawthorn's ID and move him to the farm - the daughter will love you (You'll have to put him in a cage, though, to trap him there. She's okay with that). LOLIts why she made that deal with those raiders you know... he liked her sister better. Never trust an Abernathy... just ask those folks over at Covenant.
