How to make a Flame Atronach appear in one of my houses permanently?

It is NOT WORKING with ANY of my houses! I tried Imperial City, Bruma, & Cheydinhal

 

I do see all those listed in the console, it says SPAWN : Cell : 'My Imperial City House' | Time Passed 152 | Respawn Time 1e+007

 

And it REMOVED the Flame Atronach from My Imerial City House after four days

 

It DID NOT say it reset, Inn of Ill Omen reset, but according to the log Imperial City House did not but it removed the Flame Atronach!

 

Frostcraig Spire has the correct 6480 but I never tested it there.

Alternatively you can also create a new version of the flame atronach by editing its editor ID and decreasing its agressiveness, set it as a leveled creature to ensure it respawns and enable it only once you've bought the house.

That will create a problem because I do not want it in every save file

Because I use different save files for different things

So that is it? You guys are just going to leave me stranded? Meaning you're leaving this unresolved? What if someone five years from now is searching for answers and all that comes up on Google is this topic and when he looks at it, he will notice that it is an unresolved issue and neither I or him will get any answers.

 

I sent ShadeMe a PM but he neglected to reply! It is as if he does not want to help me either despite the fact that this is HIS mod that is problematic!

 

Can I get some actual help here because leaving this unresolved is not very nice of you :(
