Skyrim se mods installed but doesn't show up in game

Hello so I recently started getting back into skyrim and the last time I played was with Nmm and now there's vortex now. I used the new engine and I downloaded/installed 78 mods. They all showed up in my data folders and in vortex, but not in loot order or the game itself. Is there a way to correct this issue?

After you installed the mods, did you DEPLOY them?

Note also: Loot is built into Vortex now. Don't run it separately.

Using Vorttex as your mod manager assumes you have no mods left over installed by NMM

Do NOT try to mix mod managers.

Accompany that with screenshots of your Mods page and your Plugins page. We will get you going.

 

Add: Most folks when they fire up a new mod manager would try it with one or two mods, and make sure everything works.

Starting with 78 is - ambitious.
