I've spent the past 4 hours trying to get this new "better" mod manager to work properly only to have a few mods properly work and others not even some how in the right directory. My main problem is with Body slider i'm completely unable to get the files of my previous mods i downloaded. God please bring back NMM it was much better and easier.

just give us the option like with Mod organizer and NMM we just choose which we prefer to use not stuck using this

If you "Spent 4 hours" trying to get any mods to work in Vortex, it's because you spent 0 hours watching any tutorials or reading the built in knowledge base to learn to do the things you wasted 4 hours trying to do.

Your post also shows you couldn't even be bothered to scroll far enough down the Vortex download page to find THIS:

So, zero effort on your part for trying to learn Vortex, and zero effort on your part with Scrolling down a page.

NMM is still readily available and has even been updated just a few hours ago to 0.70.8. If you'd utilized any due diligence, you'd have probably found it quite easily. Especially since this exact topic has been brought up so many times already, and has gone down pretty much the exact same way every time :)

Plenty of help here to step you through Bodyslide if you had wanted it. Certainly works for most.

1) Start a new topic for your Bodyslide problem

2) Give a specific example of a Bodyslide mod that won't install correctly for you

If Bodyslide runs and lets you select groups and build outfits - you are most of the way there.

i watched tutorials and everything by gohper and still VORTEX IS GARBAGE it doesnt work period and the fact that importing my mods through vortex didnt save my load order and made everything crash. I refuse to use the apple of mod managers and will happily stick to manually downloading my mods and installing them through NMM

Every one of these first time posters uses similar wording. Almost seems like the same person.

If you come here to rant - start your own topic. Don't hijack others.
