Integrater Posted July 13, 2019 Share Posted July 13, 2019 Hi, I've started a new game and would like to get to a fence ASAP to sell some stolen goods to in order to buy them back and remove the stolen status. Grogrokl Posted July 14, 2019 Share Posted July 14, 2019 Copious Coin Purse does not buy stolen goods. Mannheim Maulhand only buy potions. If you have Better Cities installed there are two fences in the IC tunnel. You can also install Thievery in the Imperial City. It's a good quest mod which adds a fence to the Market District. Integrater Posted July 17, 2019 Author Share Posted July 17, 2019 (edited) Hi again, I wanted the fence to sell stolen items to so I could buy them back to remove the stolen status, it has worked great, however I've run into an issue, some items I have (modded armour/clothing mostly) are valued at 0 gold, so when I give them to the fence they are not offered for me to buy them back :sad: Does anyone know a way around this to get the stolen status removed? Striker879 Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 I use Stolen Item Ownership. Works great except for items stolen from owned containers. To clear the stolen flag on those items you need to go through the extra step of dropping the item on the ground and picking it back up while unseen.
