Plugins Not Sorted Because of Cyclic Rules

Remove those plugins from the groups you put them in.

I haven't put them in any groups, did they just auto group? Thanks for responding!

Do each of those plugins have the group name High Priority in Italics next to them?

Are you trying to manually sort them?

To be honest I'm trying to get it to auto sort them... Some of them do have High Priority in Italics. Did you see my screen shot?

Did you set LOAD BEFORE or LOAD AFTER rules for any of those plugins?

Also, I'm talking about if they're in italics on the plugins Tab in the Groups column

OK, first of all, I use ELE_SSE.esp, and when clicking on the orange icon in the dependencies column, it bring up a popup that says INCOMPATIBLE and it has ELFXEhancer.esp as one of the Incompatible ones.

The reason they're circular is you're trying to use mods that are incompatible with each other.

ELE_SSE doesn't need ELFEnhancer and vice versa, they're two different lighting mods.

You really need to get into the habit of reading the Description Pages of mods you plan on using, because modders will usually list what their mods are and aren't compatible with.

From the Enhanced Lighting for ENB Description page:

- Not compatible -
Realistic Lighting Overhaul
ELFX - Enhancer
Reduced Intensity ImageSpace Settings
