  1. Try their site for help, and don't forget to have OBMM installed. From the sound of it you might have downloaded the 7zip file then tried opening it as a OMOD. Downloading the OMOD version should have opened OBMM once you clicked on the file, or once it finished down loading.
  2. I haven't got to playing this one myself, My system needs to be updated before I can. So I've been watching more let's plays then I care to admit. Watching I felt like they put the same pressure on finding your son as they did for finding your dad in FO3. When you think about it they are giving you the same threat vs freedom that Bethesda is famous for. They don't force you to complete the game in a set amount of time like the first Fallout with its deadline. While they are agiving you that freedom, its more how much time do you wish to spend on the main quest vs the side quest. By the way, I looked up Fallout 4 on Leaderboard. The current speed runners listed having completing the main quest between one and two hours. That could give you inspiration for getting your tail in gear and finishing the main quest.
  3. Quick question, are you using and ENB that uses the sweet effects file? I've had issues where it comes across like your picture after you enter the water.
  4. This might help us, help you. Are you using Steam or the CD? Steam has an additional removal function that might help removal. Also if all else fails you can delete the folder from its installed position.
  5. Play Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Wasteland and/or Wasteland 2. If you think about it there is a library of games to play before FO4 comes around.
  6. I know of a few player homes made by Lemunde where you purchases a book and having that book on you adds a teleportation spell to your spell list. If I may give you a few changes to what your requesting, Start as Tamira said using Stroti's Aladdin lamp. You can have the lamp washed ashore on say Anvil Harbor near the light house. Adding it to your inventory would give you two spells "Summon the Genie" and "Teleport to the lamp". The genie could function as both a companion and a shop keeper that will buy all your items off you. The lamp can be a treasure cave full of gold and gems with some rooms that look like something out of Ali Baba's place.
  7. Watch MMO Champion. Every few months they put out recommendations for four builds that range from $500 to $2,000. They also link the parts on Amazon to make it easier for first time builders. Also they have a forum thread dedicated to building/maintaining gaming rigs like the Hardware and software discussion here. MMO just put out new builds the week so take a look at what they have to offer.
