  6. Okay, so I got roughly halfway through Far Harbor and a strange bug started happening. If I saved a game in an interior cell, then quit the game, the next time I turned it on, any time I would go from that interior cell into an exterior one, within 5 seconds or so, I would CTD. Now, I can usually open the console and make a hard save there before that happens, but sometimes I can't. Been trying to figure it out on my own for a while (so long that I'm on Nuka World now - heh) and I'm at the end of my rope here. My only thinking is that maybe I uninstalled a mod that left some script in the game and that's what's doing it. I don't think so, as I try to only uninstall mods that are safe to uninstall, but maybe a mod snuck one in or maybe that time my cat sat on my mouse while NMM was open he uninstalled something (you see how desperate I am? I'm blaming it on the CAT! Haha) Oh, and now, in Nuka World, it's sometimes CTDing when going from any cell to any other cell. So, anyone with more knowledge of Papyrus, can you take a look at this and tell me what the problem is, if indeed, it is script related? Or anyone who's come across this tell me of a fix, please? Below is a copy of the Papyrus log. Thanks in advance.

  8. Tw2 gear is NOT piracy at all. Cdprojektred explicitly states that all assets from the witcher 2 are free to use in any mod for any game. They have said nothing about that for their dlc they just released, nor should they. I'd you truly didn't knots that is illegal that's okay, but it's kind of obvious. On a side note, it would be cool if there was a way for those who bought baw and rolled back their patch in order to wait for their favorite mods to update to get the armor, since it is awesome. But there isn't. To my knowledge anyway.
  9. So, VTDS and Take Cover are two must-have mods for me. Unfortunately, I think, since they are chems they dehydrate and tire the PC whenever used in the game on survival, making them effectively unusable. Could someone please tell me how to fix this? (Sorry if this is a dumb question, while I'm pretty proficient at modding other games, I'm a total novice when it comes to Bethesda games.)

  12. So, I haven't been able to find a good tutorial for using Outfit Studio solely for armor, or I would attempt this myself. Could someone please take the horizontal sticky uppy bit off the heavy leather arm piece please? Ideally, putting a small pad under the top piece that's left would be awesome, but not wholly necessary. Anyway, thanks!
  13. With the popularity of Fury Road and Fallout's roots, it seems weird to me that no one has done a Mad Max armor mod yet. Please, someone do this!
  14. Hey! So Oberfeldfebel has a very helpful guide out for editing item damage using Falloutsnip. But what about the other stats? What I'm mostly interested in is editing the speed stat on melee weapons. (Those swords swing like clubs!) Does anyone know what any of these abbreviations mean?
  15. So, I know this is somewhat off-topic, and I apologize for it, but I haven't found anyone else talking about modding item stats. All I'm looking for is how to go about editing the speed of melee weapons. (Making swords faster, basically.) I'd assume this would be a simple xml edit, but don't know. And don't know where xml files are stored regardless. Can one of you guys please help me?
  16. I agree with RC2 - the availability of awesome loot is CRAZY. Loot, good loot epecially should be rare. I shouldn't be able to get the chest piece I'll be wearing forever from a simple boss raider fight. Also, basic needs! Can we edit scripts yet?
  17. So, can you provide a download link? I tried downloading the TESVEdit on the nexus, but it won't load because I don't have Skyrim.
  18. From what I saw, it's the same speed as the Chinese sword. The fire is nice, but not as nice as Chinese serrated and electric mods. Is there anything I can do in-game to increase attack speed?
  19. I was incredibly bummed to find out the only katana in the game is on the shishkebab - which, if I understand correctly, does not get as good stats as the Chinese sword? Anyway, I'm not really familiar with FO4 modding, so if someone could either A) do a replacer mod for the chinese sword with the katana from Fallout: New Vegas or B) tell me how to do it, I will love them forever. (My wife is SUPER into this katana. This would make her day.)
  20. I'm not exactly sure what you mean here. Are you asking if it's possible to reveal a specific sign post? Our just some sign posts at random?
  21. CDProjektRED wasn't smart enough to give us real modding tools. A lot of mod authors have given up, as the tools are still garbage. Some haven't. I haven't. But a mod author has to give specific permission for another to fix his/her mods, and sometimes once they've given up they don't reply to messages. So blame CDPR for not giving us a better tool, and don't troll the people who gave you those mods - for free, I might add. They worked hard, and I've been so frustrated with Modkit at times and the whole stupid TW3 system that I've wanted to give up too. Bottom line: fight the real enemy, the real fight. Go to CDPR and DEMAND a proper modding tool. Take out your frustration where it can do some good.

There will be one really nice video we'll make a little before the release of the open beta test that will be easy to find, but until then the best place to check for updates (unless you'd like to be part of the ongoing closed alpha test) is the CDPR forums.
