Why are you using fellout AND western skys. They modify the same thing and can be one of the factors to your game crashes. -
Ask the author of the video where he got or if he is going to release that mod because from what I see, the thing is already made.

Move the files from that mod into the fallout new vegas directory, then in the geck open an armor and when you see the model listings under male or female, choose the new warhammer model. Also make sure if you plan to release it, to ask permission.

My first reaction to seeing that giant list of mods... "JESUZ!" Seems that thats your only choice... I have to agree on that one. But you could still have mod conflicts, look around a bit, see what mods conflict with what. Most likely it would be mods that edit the same thing. -

Consistent freezing/crashing

It's probably something to do with an update. Did you try re-installing the game yet? That might help. Also you might wanna isolate which mods (if there are any) cause the crash. Say check one mod, play for 15-20 minutes if it still crashes avoid using that mod. But before you do that, disable all your mods and see if your game crashes. If so try reinstalling the game, if you already did then look on nexus for a hot fix or something. -
Lmao it says there are 999 people in chat. To be honest I don't really like the color scheme. Maybe it'd look better with some sort of oblivion background instead of the solid color. And minus the orange. Sides all that I'd say it looks great... EDIT: I agree with ZulinX, it would be cool if there was a classic option. EDIT 2: I love the new browsing option, (seriously it's a big improvement) but the images aren't showing up.

Well I just started thinking it might be the Caravan Pack...... because a friend of mine (kds studios) doesn't get that problem (we both also have all DLCs). I'll try to launch w/out the caravan pack... and see some results. Because the only mod I have is the DLCs and my Silent Hill mod right now, and also the caravan pack... but also kds is experiance a lot of weird buggys too.... EDIT: Problem still persist. I have no idea whats going on...

OMG OMG OMG!!!! I get the same problem!!!! idk how to fix it... but the first time it happened I was like "... wtf.... wait....0_o..." And it keeps going too right? No matter what... thank god I'm not the only one... because I thought it was my Silent Hill mod. But it stopped when I disabled ALL mods. Seriously.. I think Bethesda wants us to stop modding now 0_o'

What game ending-outcome would you like?

Well if there was an ending-outcome I could decide... I would have all the major factions (including the powder gangers and great khans) terminated from the Mojave. Leaving very few survivors, making the desert eventually reclaimed the city. And the inhabitants of freeside, westside, and the strip would all disperse back out into the waste. As well as the fiends would be the most common encounter in the Mojave. Eventually the survivors would build new cities over the ruins of the old remnants, scrap cities comparing to megaton but running underground. The creatures such as deathclaws and cazadors would migrate inward to vegas and the strip to new vegas would be under the sands of the Mojave. Eventually the robots the courier had control over would rot away and the Mojave would start rebuilding itself... slowly... Also btw I'm wondering why they didn't have karma play too much a role in the endings. I mean in fallout 3 the ending was pretty much decided upon your karma... also IMO fallout 3's ending was a lot better...
