  1. I think the instructions of HiAlgo's website are misleading. In reading the section about FXAA mod, I got the impression that this mod uses its own d3d9.dll file. Which it clearly doesn't. I wish I could run enb, but I get too much of a performance hit. Besides, I'm more than happy with the awesome mod that is Pure Weather and Pure Waters. No performance hit whatsoever.
  2. Yeah I'm one of those who have experienced a slowdown in download speeds from the CDN. Looking forward to the next NMM update though. Thanks for the article Dark0ne.
  3. Hey everyone, I'm looking for artists that would like to get extra online exposure. I've been working on a website where I have an artists section. This artists section will feature the works of such artists and a short bio respectively.
  4. Does this method work for mods where subtitles are visible, but audio doesn't play? I understand that yes some mods simply don't have voice acting, why anyone would not have voice acting is beyond me. But I've always that in order to have subtitles, there has to be voice-acting. Am I wrong?
  5. Well I've always made it a point to thank a mod author whether I had problems with a mod or not. It's called courtesy. As far as popular mod authors that post regularly or not, I'm at a loss. I don't live in the forums, and I certainly don't have time or the inclination to follow what you think are "stupid questions". There's no such thing as a stupid question. Thank you JVD for your feedback, thank you but it's getting way out of scope of the topic of this thread. "Of all the websites targeted toward Skyrim players, what is it you would like to see that's missing?" I guess I have to spell this out. Would you like to see other kinds of mods, media files, or other forms of Skyrim based resources.
  6. Doesn't that serve the same purpose as the Latest Files section though? I can see your point though madcow. I didn't know of some of the most popular mods due how they are organized. Take the series, The Oblivion Realms Series. This is one of the most popular and most endorsed mods and rightfully so it's f*#@ing awesome, and I just found out about last week. So what I'm getting out of this is better mod categorization and organization. Check
  7. Thank you very much BlackRose, now that's the kind of positive response I'm hoping I'll hear more of. I am going somewhere with this topic. Actually I'm coding something because I want to give something back to the community. I'm no modder, and don't plan on becoming one. But what I do know is web development. Actually it's what I do for a living. Your ideas are shall we say "Well met", hahaha, and I'll do something with them.
  8. Well alright. So let me get this straight. If I asked a question whose answer was deemed by someone else as easy to find, I should be banned for a week?
  9. I don't sleep unless I play Skyrim. This game, despite its age, is far from dead thanks to the tireless efforts of the modding community.
  10. Of all the websites targeted toward Skyrim players, what is it you would like to see that's missing? This can be anything. Consider this a brainstorming session. Get creative, get silly, but I am interested in community feedback.
  11. Where is Ravenscorn Spire located anyway? I bought all the items for both locations and can't find this one. Once I find it, I'll definitely report back to see if I have the same issues you are.
