  1. -_- Believe me I don't think you can create new skills or even edit the existing skill menu layout. Believe me I've tried. The only thing You can do is combine existing skills into one to make room for new ones (as seen in SkyRe).
  2. This is a bit strange, all of my merchants work fine an I've followed roughly the same steps as you. The CK is incredibly fickle. I spent an entire day try to get a quest to work without success and then when I opened Skyrim the next day it started perfectly fine. Sorry I can't give you any more answers, I'm stumped on it. Is there a particular tutorial you followed?
  3. Are you testing off a clean save? Ie a save with NO mods installed? If not start a new game and see if you can talk to him then.
  4. There are COUNTLESS tutorials to be found by simply googling Skyrim modding tutorial. Why you people (no offence, I'm referring to newbies) don't just do this is beyond me as it much quicker than asking in a small forum and you will get much more precise and understandable results as well.
  5. I don't think you can, and I also don't think you can add new skills. Attributes would be possible but hard to implement. There are already a few Skyrim Attributes mods out there, just google for one of them and take a look at how they've done it.
  6. Yes you access the barter menu through dialogue so you will need a seq file. The easiest way to generate it would be with tes5edit. (Yes you can follow that tutorial).
  7. Impossible, I don't even think your computer meets the minimum requirement for skyrim. If you cannot smoothly run skyrim on at least high graphics then you can't really handle an enb. Looks like it's time to fork out for a new PC.

  10. Well firstly you can't upload any of his original files. If you edited the original esp to incorporate your changes then I'm afraid you cannot upload it. If you however have a separate esp using the original as a master then that should be alright to upload. Regardless I would still ask the author first.

  13. When you change race via showracemenu all you skills reset and you will be returned to level 1. If you want you can write down all you stats, perks and attributes then change your race and add them back with the console.
  14. Have you looked at the door markers to check if They may have been moved? I don't think I've heard of this problem before so I can't really help.

  17. No it's just skimpy armours big-eyed people and unrealistically large swords are more interesting to some people compared to say many-armed elephants and the kama sutra. (No offence to anyone :P). I personally would much rather see the latter but it's just down to people's taste.

I think it probably time to upgrade windows, most people use windows 7 which the majority of these programs are probably made for and thus will not work properly on old versions of windows (Don't hold me too it). I translated the german part of you error message an found that it said "The format of the message received was unexpected or incorrect." I have no idea what this mean but I hope it can help someone who does. Again I would seriously recommend upgrading you OS.
  19. Geez that doesn't look good. Perhaps you're missing something like Java?
  20. Perhaps you could do something with the IsInFaction function. You could use it to check if an actor is in the CurrentFollowFaction applying it via an area effect spell that is triggered by the desired script you want to move the follower.

  23. You should be able to run most mods with those specs, Skyrim is an old game after all. Of course you won't be running any ENB's or graphical mods but you should be able to make do.
  24. Followers are restricted from these areas for a reason, either it is lore-breaking for them to be there (in which case movto can be used if you have to) or their presence causes problems with quests/events. All of these areas are accessed via script rather than a door which is why your followers can't follow you in unless they're supposed to (like Serana). I don't know of any way to reference the players current follower in a script but If you could you can simply edit the necessary scripts to move the followers with the player.
