  1. That's a wicked old mod too ain't it? Oi. Is it just the Light Armor variant? One thing about it though... the colors don't really match the dragons. Perhaps that's why I didn't think of that one.
  2. One idea I've been playing around with in my head is having Blood/Elder/Ancient/Revered/Legendary/(Paarthurnax)/(Alduin)/(those special named dragons that you must destroy/etc.... would drop different colored scales (bones wouldn't really matter I guess). From those scales we could craft different colored armor (and weapons, possibly) with certain imbued stats in them upon creation. Like a built in enchantment specific to each dragon type, turning us from mere dragon slayers to dragon hunters (despite the gravity of word walls & loot). I've seen people create some good looking skins out there, and some very neat armor, but I think this would just be a neat twist to it. I always hoped (back before 11/11/11) that this would be the case, and wasn't terribly disappointed when it wasn't, assuming someone would create this idea. I wish I could. Just wondering if anyone else finds this interesting - it certainly seems feasible and there are some very creative and/or talented people around here. Variants are great, and we have dragon variants, but not much in dragon armor/weapon variants. A little color, a little flavor, a little added bonus for going after some tough kills - might even inspire some people in not feeling so bad about killing Paarthurnax if you could craft some uber gear from his scales alone.
  3. Yeah, I have thought about perhaps using that, however I really just want the 'nilla dragons back. Edit: There is the Loremonger version of it however, perhaps that might help. But if anyone has any other suggestions instead of a mod prescription, that'd be great. Looking for a cure, not a treatment. Thanks stars2heaven, I do appreciate the thought.
  4. I have the latest patch as well as Dawnguard and Hearthfires installed. I held off on doing the main questline until I reached level 81. After that I decided, "what the hey" and started maliciously attacking the main questline and went as far as beginning "The Fallen". I also did a bunch of Arngeir's word wall quests just before reaching that quest. So, I have a bunch of dragon shout words known, but not unlocked. Figured I'd run around, do some other quests, etc, but no dragons spawn. On a previous character (which I stopped playing because of a Blood on the Ice bug) I would encounter dragons everywhere, not just dragon mounds or word walls. I'd encounter them in Riverwood, Dawnstar, College of Winterhold, Solitude (in the city), out in the wild, etc. Now, it seems that if I visit a dragon mound that I never found... no problem, there will be a dragon, but when i revisit word walls, when I walk around for hours on end, when I fast travel from place to place to place, no spawns. Nothing. Granted, before it seemed a bit much, but then again... dragon attacks are supposed to be off the hook... and I'm just encountering a rather quiet Skyrim. I've tried a bunch of things to attempt a fix, but to no avail - the only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling the game all over again. Any other suggestions?
  5. Here Here! for Baldur's Gate Nexus, or InfinityEngine Nexus - that would be too rad.
  6. And now I have 3 weeks to try and get this running, any tips out there?
  7. True - which is why I hope for DLC venturing into High Rock. But true people do get excited and just don't realize the magnitude of what is being asked. But, Matth85 they probably created the Dream Crusher perk because of peeps like you. Blunt and to the point, I like it! But can't encourage it... (or did I?..)
  8. Yeah, it's a must have mod for me - and I'll do my damnedest to figure it out. Damnedest is a word right? Hmm, spell check says it is..
  9. I hoping some DLC heads this way myself.
  10. Are you kidding me guy? - use this mod: More Craftables If you're looking to just add circlets and nothing else...then I think you're at a loss there.
  11. Totally for the screaming. Makes a lot of sense really. I would just hope it'd be more than one type of scream. And of course the famous "Wilhelm Scream"" should be included just for cheese effect.
  12. I can't really see why there wouldn't be a way around it. Basically just skin it to look different for each type of container, I'm sure that could work - and then just utilize the same mechanism, shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure someone could do it.
