What sort of dragon shouts, cities, features are you hoping they'll reveal? I'm personally hoping they cover Markarth. The screens I've seen of that city convince me it's already going to be my favorite place.

They tried to fit him in as a companion in Skyrim for product placement, but he ended up being too many polygons. So, we know that one of the specs is to have paperclip helper guy installed.

I that's the case, though, will we be getting progress toward the skills they use? If I'm an archer with a companion that uses magic, I don't want my magic skills progressing.

It might just be me, but I highly avoided using companions in Fallout 3 and NV because I didn't want them taking my exp from me. My memory is a little blurry, but is that actually something to worry about? When going into a battle, do you gain nothing for the enemies that are killed by your companions? If so, why do you find companions useful? I'd rather hog all the exp for myself.

The Dwemer are history, so I'm going to assume you mean a Centurion companion. They could always drag old Yagrum out of the Corprusarium.. The sight of him waddling behind you to attack a dragon is too much. Waddling? The Dwemer are no shorter than any other elf race.

Why set it in a province they've already done when a high-magic ES game could be set in Summerset Isles? I think that would be the ideal place for what you have in mind.

I have to agree I'd really like the next one to be set in Valenwood. While that map is sort of small, though, I think it wouldn't be too much to ask if they made one game with both Valenwood and Elsweyr. Nono you are thinking about it all wrong. they can scale the size of these games to be any size they want. Daggerfall was the size of the UK afterall and it was only the tip of hammerfell. I think they will be sticking to 1 province at a time and 16sq mile maps. If anything with better tech, they may decide to make the maps even larger. I suppose that's true. I just want to visit both places to badly :( I also would love to visit Summerset Isles :biggrin:

I was thinking yesterday about how awesome Skyrim is going to be (nothing new) what with all the Dragons. Such a main quest sounds like it will slaughter the epicness of any main quest in any previous Elder Scrolls games. My question is just how are they going to top that with TES VI? I, for one, find more pleasure in the world of gaming than anything else by orchestrating long and epic battles with very large enemies. Clearly they aren't going to repeat fighting dragons for the sixth game. What could be cooler? Anyone else thinking about this?
