Hi, I feel sorry for MacReady... so I was considering doing a quest or 2 fer him... and I would love to assign him to a settlement, would have a better life than at that mouldy 3rd Rail .. but I am using LIGA's companion system... and I maxed out with 16 mod companions.. some of whom don't even have dismissal coding in their mods :sad: (I was new) .. so to get back to my target :smile: If I do MacReady's quests, and he becomes recruitable... will there be an option to "Send him to a Settlement" INSTEAD OF TO ONLY follow me? because my LIGA's system will just say "sorry there is no more room on the team" ... so.. perhaps there is a 'con-SOUL' way to do this? thanks a lot
  2. Well I decided to um .. sort of treat a companion to a night at the Third Rail... SAD man, what a rip! Magnolia just stood at the Microphone... walking past an NPC he would say "wait till the song is over" .. but there is NOBODY singing... Is there some sort of TIME or TRIGGER for Magnolia to start singing?? Also I have installed a GoodNeighbor Condo Mod which shares a door in the 3rd Rail building but NOBODY anywhere in that mod pages is reporting Magnolia singing issues thanks
  3. I get Jealous when I see my companions following other gamers around in their vids.. and I get FURIOUS when I see them 'abused, mistreated' .. Am I the only tree in the FOREST?
  4. BUT .. whenever i use the console command 'KAH' (kill all hostiles) I get XP and my companions make comments.. so sing the KILL console command will make settlements hostile
  5. what a rip! I use a settlement EXCLUSIVELY for my companions + dogmeat + Child Shaun... but after doing some of the Vault88 quests... I [R] Moved CLEM to my settlement... and assigned him to the Barber's Chair.. which he mans and operates no problem These jobs are tied into Settlement 'Happiness' adjusting scripts.. so I am not surprised that a Companion cannot hop onto a 'manned' Barber's Chair and get some Happiness too! but how sad... Companions roam around all settlements playing with all of the loose animations they can find... I am sure that it wouldn't be TOO HARD a challenge for somebody to make a patch which Allowed companions to get a haircut at any 'manned' Barber chairs that didn't have a customer in them :( in fact I will donate $20 usd if someone can pull this off thanks a lot, Wayner

I was just wondering about editing in FO4edit... and the CK... if someone just wanted to edit the dialogues of companion's esp's... and add to or edit current voice files... is it aLWAYS necesary to uninstall the entire mod, and then reinstalling it in order for the edit's to happen? Do i have to sacrifice a companion to uninstlaling for only these types of edits? thanks a lot wayner
  8. Hi there.. during my researching and collecting of companions... I have seen 'not a few' people mentioning they are using such and such a companion as a settlement Leader or Mayor or things to this effect... REGARDLESS of whether the 'settler' who is being asigned is a dismissed companion or not... is there such a thing in FO4 please as ASSIGNING SETTLERS TO RANKS OF SETTLEMENT LEADERS OR MAYORS?? any links to discussion about this topic would be graciously appreciated thanks in advance... Wayner
  9. have not ever WALKED down those roads yet... but I will do so shortly, .. certainly looks like a SOLID structure... a good candidate for a portable workbench and then clip a bunch of good stackable foundation blocks to smooth out all the TOP :) .. thanks
  10. it's really sad to see unusable constructions and platforms because of this ePIDEMIC of NPC's falling through the COLLISION of workshop placed objects like floors, and those phony foundATIoN bloCKS! like how are these things even alowed to be destributed if NPC's fall through them? like... Has anybody found any CONSOLE COMMANDS which will INCREASE the collision of objects ie., FLOOR tiles and FOUNDATION blocks?? thanks a lot, surprised this wasn't the FIRST priority in making blocks in the first place ;( (attention modders: floor tiles and foundation blocks are NOT fasttravel devices!)
  11. Hi there... I was wondering if anybody has figured out a way to console spawn Weapons which aLREADY HAVE mod uPGRADES? ie., so that instead of spawning a rifle and then running over to a workbench and scrolling through a zillion menus just to pump up the power on the weapon with a few mods... there must be a way to just do this all in "ONE STRING" of commands? for that matter I might wnt 10 rifles all similarly modded... thats like a whole day of workbenches... :sad: ALSO? I always wondered if that was what some of that "Manufacturing' I see floating around is about... can you configure items/weapons with those manufacturing systems and have them spit out weapons ALL the same ALL modded up identically with upgrades? just a thought... I mean imagine how much more gameplay you would actually have like this (wokshop time is NOT gameplay time ! ! !) Merry Christmas, Wayner

Hi thanks for making this search engine... right off the top though i was wishing there was a long lIST or DIRECTORY underneath the search boxes because often you cannot remember the exact spelling of some of the commands so if you could scroll down a list of them you could obtain CLUES... :) if you need a mySQL database or something I am a retired webprogrammer... i am willing to help because once i learned how 'corrupt' the game was I have used console commands since like day 2 :)
  13. a Deathclaw materialized out of thin air at Sunshine and killed my Goodfeels like less than 4 mintes after i took it over :(
  14. the first time i heard a female mysterious voice in my head ALSO occured at Sunshine tidings... I use console for EVERYTHIG that will protect my settlers and speed through quests so if this bothers you please don't read any further... BUT, I of course had visited that 'qasmoke' off world testing cell.. and naturally that is where I STARTED collecting nifty power armors etc.. LATER ON.. after one of my first settlers was corrupted by the game and turned into a Synth... less than 6 hours later I blew up the institute.. using SKK's Fast stop mod :smile: SHORTLY BEFORE I blew the Institute, I started hunting down Institute spies and Reclaimation operatives and disabling them all... (including Carla, Cricket, Weathers, Lucas).. don't worry i have looked after Bunker Hill very well otherwise :smile: and I had placed a couple of Reclaimation chiefs at 'qasmoke' temporarily in suspended animation ('tai') while I firgured out what I was going to do... my normal 'MODUS' .. is to use console to decorate enemy locations with their LEADERS all over the roofs and surface... then i rain holy angry ARTILLERY upon them.. (if you want to see a settler assigned to artillery beaming REAL JOY rack up a couple of hundred XP like this then go see them after) .. this is why i was temporarily moving Reclaimationchiefs around.. to prepare but this MYSTERIOUS voice at Sunshine occured the FIRST time during the MIDDLE of the situations detailed above... and I was wearing T-60 Military Power Armor courtesy of 'qasmoke' .. and when i ENTERED this Power Armor at Sunshine.. WHAM! this mysterious female voice says... "Well, I certainly hope you are going to be using this Robotic Power Armor for GOOD!" ?? ha! It did not sound like a companion voice , and weirdly for no reason a few times i heard the same voice say other things when i was at other locations... ie., once it said... "You better never ever come back here!' ? :sad: so I thought uh oh, maybe there is a 1000 clones waiting for me at 'qasmoke' now.. (I have not been back there since guess I will go today and see) after a few weeks the voice MUTATED... it now only occurs when i enter power armor for the FIRST time in a play day... and the Voice has CHANGED I now recognize it completely as Blood Rose's voice, one of my companions... it still says she hopes i use the power armor for good... but OCCASIONALLY it will say ''boy, thats a heavy pile of metal you got there" or somethinglike that..(to bad i can't hot key a wiggle) the ORIGINAL mysterious lady's voice has never returned in the game yet to me... and it has probably been 20 game days and hundreds of saves since :smile: It is fascinating and a bit spooky too eh?

I had trouble assigning Joe and his Brother to Beds upstairs, And Stockton cannot assign to a bed, but Joe took to the BAR right away as you see below I moved MOST of their stuff into the NEW BUILDINGI built with Adobe House Kit... within an hour they were all over the place... oh well see where they sleep I guess...   17. well... I'm lifting the settlers and 'raunchy' caravaners at bunker hill up off the ground and those pee stained mouldy wooden huts... I can only endure insults by carvaners, and warnings from the mayor 'not to cause trouble' so long... if MY drones are dropping raiders 3 blocks away and they no LONGER have to or SHOULD be paying anything to raiders to leave them alone... Smething has to change :( and Carla, Weathers, Cricket, Lucas were institute SPIES this is documented... (disabled 1000 saves ago) .. so now i have runchy insulting caravan workers bumming around B.H. .. I wold rather CONVERT THEIR A.I.'s somehow to become ordinary settlers.. I've tried ordinary console commands they don't work.. Could someone pleae point me to info to either: A) convert those BH cravaners to settlers, or change their AI's somehow... B) or else what's the best way to discreetly disable them and get rid of the caravan markers completely????? I'm using 'Settlement Teleporters' with built in supply line and settlement defence teleports in to help so... this Caravan thing is like an infected Wisdom Tooth thank you Wayner

  19. drug addict OCCULT soothsayers are JUST as abominatible as supermutants and ghouls sorry... they are instantly exorcised... I am about to [R] MOVE that satanic addict to another settlement all by herself and dispose of her there the game sets her up as essential... but you BOUGHT this game so it's YOURS now! open your console by hitting the '~' key and then enter setessential 00019FD8 0 and now you can close your console by hitting the '~' key again.. Murphy is not essential now so transfer her somewhere and do whatever you want but just don't kill her in a settlement with other setllers or they will become hostile If you are worried about dialogues... you may choose to simply DISABLE her from the game through the console
  20. There was a mod I saw ago that equipped you with a gun which let you SHOOT BIG BLOCKS or other objects which you could walk onto/overthem.. I've tried every leyword I could think of to find it but can't PLEASE HELP!! thanks a lot SOLVED! I think I found it : https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52024 it's called S.T.E.V.E. STEVE will work only for the PLAYER to use and walk on ONLY those blocks are NOT USABLE by any NPC's :(
  21. - no not at all... I just moved to me at QASmoke 2 of the institute brass for holding then i either killed or disabled half a doezen inst spies... then about 2 saves later here was this mystery voice :sad: at first the lady voice WARNED me "don't you ever come back here" but ever since she's sounded, almost benevolent somehow, but im not sure after the first message I have no idea... maybe that "Geneva" I moveto me at Diamond city cuz i read she might be a hostage of the mayor? after i disabled the mayor (Synth Spy( I read that "Geneva" was a bit spooky 200 yrs old ro something, I'm going to research her a bit :smile: it started about 10 game days ago.. the voice and today wwhen I blew the institute I was convinced it would stop so I was really spooked to hear it again afterwards :smile:
  22. heyyyy im kinda spooked, started about 7 or so game hours ago.. but occasionally I hear a Mysterious Woman's voice speaking to me out of thin air in game... no, it is not an invisible NPC, from screwing with looks or nothing... and this occurs at many locations... ie, I put some Military T-60 aPower Armor on at Sunshine... then i hear this VOICE saying... "well I sure hope you use this Robotic power armor for good" then silence... today I BLEW THE INSTITUTE, using SKK50's Fast Stop Institute mod... hoping this would save a settler who had gone SYNTH... who i resurrected, after removing her Component but no, so I had to suffer losing her a 2nd time... afterwards... that mysterious Lady's voice spke to me again saiying something like.. "this was going to have to happen eventually" This is tripley spooky because previously I was convinced the voice belonged to someone in the institute whom i had ('tai then moved to a prison, then moved back to the institute) who worked in the Reclaimation Branch... and I know for certain she was in the institute this time when it blew up :( I can't remember the half a dozen other times I've heard this voice at different locations in game WHO IS THAT SPEAKING??? yeeesh!
