There is no fix for this problem yet. U cant hope that Bugthesda will release patch in a half of this year or just reload previous save where no crash. I lose 10 hours of playtime but at least a have no crash when accesing magic menu.

Same here. I think we need to find save editor and check what can cause a problem, maybe its a similiar to food stacking bug with some of permanent skills like dead thrall or blessings.

But i have another problem, everytime when i try to access magic menu i have ctd, Searched for long time and that crash isnt because of many food stacked. also tried to learn new spells and no effect. Maybe someone know how to fix it or have some utilites to edit savegame?

Make 3rd person view open console and click on your character type "dispelallspells"

Ok, im unpacked Skyrim - Meshes.bsa and got 2 folders: 'lodsettings' & 'meshes'. Now what should i do, put it in Skyrim/data/Meshes folder or create some other BSA file with no compression or smth else?
