  1. I'd just adjust it manually myself for every helmet I want. I can guide you through this if you want.
  2. Ayy! Thanks for info! Makes sense that it works that way, most likely the reason why bethesda left bows unsupported by elemental fury. (Even if they most likely could have fixed it so it'd work.)
  3. Not scripts necessarily. Though sometimes you can break your game with enchanted piece of armor as well. If armor mod has any enchantments on your character and is equipped when you remove the mod you are permanently stuck with the effect.
  4. Sounds like boots of Springheel jack. Also, no idea. Movement speed can be adjusted at racial stats.. So I could guess there's something that allows editing speed. I'll try to check it when I can.
  5. Nope, not copyright issue. It was taken down by the author because people kept stealing his work and credit.
  6. And what? Pay bethesda so they "fix" the combat? We'd need access to source code most likely to be able to fix everything, unless they guy who sort-of was working on this manages to break down the behavior files and start adding stuff. Well, we'll see. Oblivion was broken in pieces maybe like 3-4 years after release.
  7. "is it possible to turn it into an enchantment? the answer is a resounding NO." Umm, I'm not so sure about that. There's plenty of effects already in-game. Also, I do recall there's a shout which increases attack speed, it does have magical effect tied to it. *Opening CK* I'd say it's possible to make it into enchantment. It just takes a bit time to reverse-engineer the elemental fury into tiny bits, and I have no interest to do that.
  8. Quoting this so much. I mean, of course it'd be fancy and all if it'd be possible to make parrying etc. possible and working, but not on this engine. Also, making all combat mechanics similar to AC.. Just play AC. It'd be easier to mod AC to look like Skyrim (With beasts and so) than to make skyrim feel like AC.
  9. Nu-uh. If he hasn't said "Feel free to distribute edits", then it's okay. Mod being abandoned doesn't count as "modder's resource".
  10. Probably requires script or skilled use of keywords. No idea how to do it though.
  11. wrong, that is not how Skyrim NPCs work. to make all the girls in the game taller is simple but very time consuming to do. Umm, no. You can alter race heights by altering race stats. So, it's basically less than 10 clicks. Unless OP meant that height should be randomized.
  12. Not making fun of it, just pointing out minor flaw. Anyhow, I'd enjoy a good mod where you can become a daedric prince. After all, it's not the first time that happens. (I'm looking at you, uncle Sheo) This would just require tons of work to be good quality. New meshes/textures (Or really skilled recycling of old ones) Voiced dialogue Good questline Do want. Anyhow, I've said it earlier and I'll point it out now. This would be huge mod, It'd need to be huge to be good. There's nobody currently working on a mod like this, and it's unlikely that anyone starts working on this based on request. Soo.. We may need to wait some time.
  13. Well, community isn't as active it was like year ago, but there's still plenty of ppl helping each other and playing the game and downloading mods. Perkus Maximus was released just some time ago and it already has almost 6k endorsements and 162k downloads. So yes, there's still ppl playing and using mods. Something is missing nowadays, I'd say it's the amount of "first mod" swords that are OP and such, it's somewhat better quality nowadays, but less mods are being published. I wish you luck on your modding career! Maybe I find my inspiration as well..
  14. Ehrm. So, you want to become a daedric prince and buy a realm of your own?.. That's really lore-friendly.
  15. Most likely ripped content. I guess I have seen this one at some place but can't recall where. Also, seems to require bouncy boobs etc. so I sort-of ignore all that stuff.
  16. You have to use same base skeleton which the custom creature uses. Thus, if you want to use the skeleton you need to figure out which creature it uses as base. Ask again if you have problems or PM me. Might be a bit more active here now that I am installing Skyrim again.
  17. So you want one that itself shows the direction, not so that it's embedded into hud and becomes visible when "wielding" the compass? Also, should it show the direction to north always?
  18. huge chance of breaking stuff up. Not advisable.
  19. Strong guess is that it's personal modification. Link to image section? If the person has other personal modifications then it's likely that it's one of those.
  20. Also, your game must be patched to latest patch, otherwise new mods will not work.
  21. Path of shadows improves sneaking and enemy detection system so it's actually based on lighting rather than view of field. If that's what you meant.
  22. Nexus doesn't support console modding.
  23. Ooo, I'd say Soolie has something definitely "worthy" to do  Also, skywind team probably needs help, they are altering skeletons of multiple creatures and animations as well, so that's one place to look at.
