  1. You can redownload Oblivion via steam ect, but you cant install outside of the steam directory itseflf, so if you install steam to program files, you will have to move it outside.
  2. Im sure Beth have the ability to make theer own engine most devs can make there own engine, just a lot tend to stick with UT ect ect because they can liscence itwhich means a well known stable engine that does not need exra time to develope with good dev support ect. With there rescent aquisition of ID software if they were having trouble, sure they could ask for a few tips. Regarding armor, Im sure that will be the case if someone can port, hopefully the base armor are good enough to make nice personlise edits ( the armor in the trailer certainly looks like there on the right tracks, least IMO).
  3. arh sorry, have ultimate on steam, so thought it would be like me DLC, which had to be downloaded seperately.
  4. Register your game at bioware social then you should be able to download them http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php
  5. @number 5 editable body shapes, (fat/thin/musclear) The armor/body could be changed via changing skelton, this can be done on the fly, an example of this is talkietoasters skeletal variations mod http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29853 , so if nif format remains, guessing it would be done this way some how, with obviously a more complex skeleton(s) then its just a matter of the nif being wieghted to the skeleton like they are presently. Also bet what ever method is used if boobies aint scalable by default, someone will make it oissible, which at least will reduce the posts for "can you pls lrealse this is XXXHHHHZZZ uber sized cup?" requests :P
  6. Running an addblocker that might be stopping the advertisements that show before you can download?
  7. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097 oblivion mod manager.
  8. the meshes BSA and use fomm to extract from BSA files.
  9. each new texture is assigned to each nif seperately, also you dont want to add textures default BSA files, can mess up to many things, if your doing texture replacement you just add them loose to the folder same as with mods and use archive invalidation to tell the game to load loose textures/mesh.
  10. Textures are assigned to the nif files (meshes), rather then in an ESP ( this can be done in fallout, not oblivion) SO you have to make a copy of the staff meshes and set the texture path to your new textures in nifskope.
  11. kill someone and the victims ghosts gets onto the batphone to call the guard from 5 milles away! "stop right there criminal scum!"
  12. Just use the leveled lists for it add 4 generic steel armor at same lvl and 1 bling armror at the same lvl should give you 20% drop rate chance of any enermy using it.
  13. a mod or ESM has it as a dependancy so if its not actualy something you installed find the culprit and remove with geck, if you have the file, try shifting its load order to the top but below the main game ESM and running fo3 edit to do what ever you watn to do.
  14. yep just create the folder, will look something like this "C:\Users\username\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override"
  15. Most "romanceable" NPC's dont seem to distinguise between male and female NPC's (least the few Ive tried) and theres a few male romancable NPC companiosn, so guessing it would proberly be the same, althoiugh aint tried them http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35833 and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35893 and just 2.
  16. All Race's share the same male or female body mesh, only textures vary. There are a few ways around it via scripting ect but its abit of a pain to do. They only simple changes to body shape you can do is weight and height
  17. You have to use blender to break apart mesh blocks, nifskope can only deal with whole parts.
  18. If its the same one there should be a map marker to the east that leads to a cave from there theres a small quest to get it.
  19. because the toolset for dragon age is not as good as oblivoins CS and its harder to mod for.
  20. The only problem is they would have different face gen data so will look VERY wierd alof of time if you replace the head meshes and textures. So you would have to fix that to.
  21. Only humans nope dont think so, can course a lot of problems with quests ect so becareful, what your best bet to do with mute voices would be creat a copy of certain race and set the vioces to match the replaced races in charactor menu taht way voice should remain intact.
  22. If you got the latest update from steam around 23rd of feb and using 1.07b NVSE from http://nvse.silverlock.org/
  23. yer it was proberly the rescent patch that reset it yiou usualy need to reapply it after each update because your ini gets eset.
  24. turn on archive invalidation on with fallout mod manager (tools tab)
  25. fallout3 and new vegas both work fine on windows seven.
