WMK + Ironsights do not quite work well together. Some patches are made but from what I remember ; most of the ironsights are way off.

Try using regular ddl?

Its not your ini which does it. I tried using it and that error didnt occur.

Best interface mod in my opinion is darkuid darn, and did you know that before "marts mutant mod" the author created mod for oblivion called "marts monster mod", its available right in nexus! : http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14442 . You cant move the data folders to other places unless you want your oblivion to be very buggy and weird, they NEED to be in same folder where you installed oblivion. BSA files are there for reason so you cant overwrite the original oblivion files. Im not sure if I understood your problem correctly and there was a screamer in somewhere 5.50 of your video.

Yes, its possible but requires some advanced scripting. Midas magic spells add all kinds of elements.

It should'nt be incompatible with better cities, because better cities has nothing to do with kvatch. You can always try, if it doesnt work just uninstall it.

Old file not found happened to me when I modded oblivion before patching it, so you could try installing patches on clean version of oblivion. Winrar is in my opinion best way to download mods, you wont regret it. Oblivion does not come with cd-key. Oblivion mod manager makes really easy to install mods, if youre having trouble installing them manually. For the great mods you asked, you really should check the nexus sites top-100 list, and i highly recommend downloading at least FCOM which adds thousands of new items and monsters and rebalances the whole game like theres no more bandits running around with uber armor,but its REALLY hard to install if youre having problems already with installing mods. And then the oblivion xp which makes the leveling system much more pleasant and stressless. The gore mod you are looking for is called "Deadly reflex" which adds a lot of dismemberment and bloody gore which seems just like the one you were looking for. Hope i helped! ;)

a lot of interface/ui mods delete the update window. So if you have downloaded any of those, use omod so you can choose to not delete the update window.
