OK got it working. It seems the problem is with trying to access the site via HTTPS. You have to turn off any plugin that forces HTTPS connections and make sure the url starts with http:// instead of https://

I'm getting the same problem too. I tried in Chrome, Firefox and I even tried downloading things in Microsoft Edge.
