    This happened to me also. After searching for a fix I finally found one that worked for me. Open your console with your ~ button and type in... enableplayercontrols Hope this helps, worked for me, after trying eveything else I could think of.

    TES series is the best because of the ability to add mods. I often spent as much time finding and setting up mods and the programs that allow them to run, as playing the TES games. I would search daily for new mods to enhance the TES experience. The Mods were half the fun. You never knew what new mod might become available. GTA for me, was not nearly as fun to play. TES by far is a more engaging series for me.

    A Request... I bothers me that when you go from the Imperial City Temple Area to the IC Waterfront Area, you click on the doors you are ( poof) teleported up or down the hill, a few hunderd yards. If you look behind the IC Waterfront door going up, there is a tunnel aready there. Instead of magically being teleported, it would be much more realistic to have to walk up or down a stairway built into the hill. It would be great if someone made a mod to make a tunnel with stairs, up and down from the Imperial City Temple Area to the City Waterfront Area, to add realism to the Imperial City, I'm sure lot's of people would add it to there game if it was available.
