  2. Hi @Thoth144 We only accept Debit card, PayPal or Google Pay (with an associated Debit card) right now. We don't accept payments from other methods (like iDeal, PaySaveCard, etc.) We don't have any plans to add other payment methods. Kind regards, Iluviel
  3. Hi Aavarion, This is a problem with Cloudflare's Captcha solution, called Turnstile, which we use on our login page to prevent bots and spammers. Turnstile doesn't seem to like something about the way Oculus is setup, so it often return errors. We can reproduce this on Oculus Quest 2. We have been able to get through eventually, but it seems to take many page refreshes and sometimes between 10-20 seconds for it to finally succeed. Regards, Iluviel

  7. We had a very similar problem to what occurred the first time round, our out-of-hours developers managed to restart the struggling software and that's fixed the issue. We'll continue looking into what's causing this.

  10. That looks correct, you should be authorising the login request in your browser (which should automatically open, unless you're using something other than Chrome/Firefox/Opera/Chrome/Safari). Try copying and pasting the URL in the modal into one of our supported browsers, logging in and then selecting 'Authorise'.

  13. Looks like a temporary network error. Can you try again and let me know if you're still seeing the same error?
  14. The latest version of Vortex has switched to a new login authentication method (OAuth), updating and logging in again might resolve your issue. If you have updated and are still experiencing issues, we're aware of one bug that has a fix in Beta now (and will be rolled out to the latest version in the next couple weeks).
  15. Bundled files should download automatically as part of the collection installation, before the mods start downloading. They won't appear as individual mods during the install process. If they're not downloading at all, that sounds like a bug. I can't really test that without knowing what files you've bundled or a link to the collection. If someone is installing your collection alongside another collection, then yes they will experience issues with conflicting rules. I recommend they install your collection to a separate profile, then carefully apply other mods and resolve issues/conflicts as they arise. I'm not too sure on the other issues, sorry!
  16. Specifically which mods are you attempting to install? Have you tried again since the Vortex extension for Starfield was updated (yesterday)?
