  1. I'm still loving your writing. I just don't know how you do it...
  2. Why not? It's the garden within the garden, the place where our works of art, fantastic or otherwise, perfessional or meager, can be shared with the family that brings each piece alive. And your no exception, you certainly contribute to the community as a whole more than anyone here. Like Fiffo reminds me, take your time. Thanks for the compliment and vote of confidence. I actually had a rather epic work I was penning, but I lost it all in my locker when I lost my job. I guess RL events have discouraged me a bit. Plus I've been distracted by projects for non-Bethesda games like classic Doom, so I don't visit the forums here as often as I once did. But I'll get back into it...
  3. Multiple personalities... I bet that's it. You have a different personality write each of your stories! Fortunately for us, each of those personalities is talented!
  4. Beautiful works, both of you. Glad to see you all still contributing to the thread even though it's creator *ahem* is apparently too busy to do the same. I just lack inspiration these days, I guess.
  5. Yes... a bit of shameless self-promoting here. My first-ever map for Doom II is now available for download at Doomworld. Here's the link if anyone would like to check it out: http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/?id=16135 There's also a link in my sig to my blog. Please stop by and let me know what you think of my first try at mapping!
  6. It's okay. Quality is almost always better than quantity IMHO.
  7. Wow... you're starting to remind me of Maharg67! How many great stories can you write at once? These days I can't even find time to write a poem!
  8. This is another great work. When can we see more?
  9. This is very good, and it seems none of the meaning is lost in translation. It's like a poem and a story all in one. I can't wait to see more of your work my friend!
  10. It's okay. Watching your stories evolve sometimes is like watching a living thing growing and maturing. (Meant to be a compliment. Sorry, it's the wee hours here.)
  11. This is excellent! It's in the wee hours of the morning where I am now, so descriptive words are escaping me, but this really is an amazingly well-written work! I look forward to seeing the rest of it!
  12. http://thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/Dark/biggrin.gifhttp://thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/Dark/thumbsup.gifSweet!
  13. I love the story and the whacky characters, and I love the pic. You drew it?
  14. Wow! Great story so far. Seriously very well written. I look forward to seeing what happens next. *blush*
  15. I would love to see a character named Herculine in one one of your stories and am honored that you've considered it!
  16. Thanks all for the replies. I had assumed it was nothing to panic about, but at times one can never be too sure around here...
  17. It's okay. Art takes time. We are patient.http://thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/Dark/thumbsup.gif
  18. Well, thank you for volunteering, but for now all you can do is check out my Doom blog to follow my current progress. (The link is in my sig.) I'm about 90% finished with a map I'm going to be satisfied enough with to release to the public. When it's completed you'll be one of the first to know!
  19. An epic told with just twelve lines. Excellent poem!
  20. Wow. One of the reasons I haven't left you many comments lately is simply because you write so many different stories I can hardly keep track of them all. But rest assured, I still think they're all great and I'm impressed. I'm still a fan, even if I'm just lurking in the shadows. Great stuff!
  21. That's beautiful. And all poetry does not need to rhyme you know. It's still just as poetic. The meaning is still just as emotionally evocative. Thank you for sharing this in the garden!
  22. I was just glancing at my downloads and ratings history for the FO3 Nexus and noticed that one of my recent DLs is tagged as having happened in December of 1969. Is this normal?
  23. Beautiful seems like such a pale word to describe it! Enrapturing, to say the least!
  24. The fact that you've installed all the latest drivers could actually be part of the problem. When I started running Windows 7 64-bit I had a world of problems trying to run games that I used to run on XP with no problems. Fortunately someone on another gaming forum suggested that I try installing an older version of my video card driver, and that solved the problem. While I didn't have any problems with the construction set, I might suggest uninstalling the CS, making sure you delete its config file from your My Games folder, running a registry cleaner, and then re-installing the CS to its proper file location, which I believe needs to be the same folder as the Oblivion .exe file. Hope this has been helpful, but please keep in mind that I'm no expert.
