Is it possible for radiation to actually last 200 years after a Nuclear War? I mean wouldn't the radiation already have had time to to wear away? I ask this just out of curiosity because me and a friend were talking about Fallout and he said that the only thing about Fallout that annoys him is that radiation is still around after 200 years when it should already have died out . And I could not argue with him because I know nothing about radiation and how it works. So is it just something that applies to the Fallout universe or does radiation actually last that long? You know your addicted to Fallout 3 when you have to pull something from your pants pocket, but instead you pull up your arm as if to choose something from your Pipboy.

Well at basic, I believe you should use CRAFT, CALIBR, and all the other mods that come with them like the workbench and such. They both are very good mods and the most essential to my game. Also, I would recommend MetalSalvage, Salvageable cars, DarNifiedUIFO3, RH-IRONSIGHTS, and Arwens Realism tweaks. Those mods are what I use on a very BASIC install. Elsarian

I cannot wait for it! I believe it will be way better than Fallout 3 due too there being so many new and cool things. Finally I do not have to download a 'needs' mod because it's already in game. And there are new weapons and everything. But the one thing that really pisses me off is that they are going to be using some of the Fallout 3 armors, like Raider Blastmaster for example, and just changing the name to tribal armor. It's sort of a let down when everything is not going to be new. But other than that minor thing, this game will be amazing. Elsarian

If you do them how bad where they? Did you go so far as to uninstalling the game and calling it quits? Or did you just put it down and persue new and better games? I myself have been playing Oblivion for four years now and am currently starting to fall into that bored feeling. I have over eighty mods installed and am still finding it difficult to keep playing this game. Any suggestions as to what mods I should get that could rekindle my love for this game? And if your having the same problems, feel free to post here.

I have played Oblivion for four years now and i love it. I love the freedom that it gives and some of the epic mods that come out for it. But even though i love Oblivion to death, I also love Dragonage. I absolutely loved the story line and how it unfolded. Thats one thing that Oblivion does not have. Oblivions mainquestline is alright but not that great. For me it just felt like doing the samething over and over again when i received a new quest update. But still, aside from the main quest, i love Oblivion and i love Dragonage. They both have their goods and bads but either way they still are great games in my opinion.

Well I tend to stick around enviroment changes like weather, and new regions that are added by some other mods. Also, since I play warrior characters, I like to download quests, new armors, new places, new lands, and addons to already in-game places like the Better Cities Mods and so on. There is so much that you have to do to Oblivion after playing it for so long so yeah hahah

Haha Im sure it will live long since it is so great. I have to admit that I played Oblivion on the Xbox for two years and actually enjoyed it but it started to get old after so long that i just could not take anymore. So, to solve that problem, I custom built a computer and bought Oblivion for the PC and found out about mods and started downloading everyday haha i just cant stop playing now because it is so much better on PC.

Well I have to admit that that is a very funny story. But if my knowledge of the console is correct then i think that the killall command only kills everything in the cell that you are currently in. For example, if you were outside Bruma and you typed that command then all the guards and horses and things would be dead. Then if you went into the city, no one would be effectd becuse it is a different cell in the game world. Now my favorite battle/Quest was the Tears of The Fiend Quest Mod. It was amazing and epic. I recommend that you download and play it. Its quite big though so yeah. But i recommend it regardless. Also another good mod to get is AdenseEpicDungeonMod (I believe I spelled it correctly). I highly recommend that as well.

Ha ha yeah I have to agree with you Pushkatu . The Imperial City amazed me at first. But what made me so mad was that after a while it started to become very boring because the city seemed empy. But then I started downloding mods to improve the cities and i got Better Cities and now everything is beautiful hahaa and plus there are new people and so on. But Oblivion is a great game and I love it!!! It may not beat Morrowind but its still one of my top favs!

I would have to say that my moist hated npcs are Glarthir, Maglir, and Chancellor Ocato. I hate Glarthir because he makes the perfect stalker and seeing that I have bad luck he decides to make me his target along with the others. I also hate Maglir because he is a lazy Woodelf that deserves nothing. I even did his stupid Fighters Guild job for him and he still decides to be lazy!!!! And at the end of my list is Chancellor Ocato. Why? Because he gave me crappy armor with crappy enchantments and he also faild to make me Emporer!!!! Angry Face!!!!

Hello. I decided i would hop on the forums and ask a nice question that everyone has an answer too. What was your reaction when you stepped out of the sewers for the first time and into a beautiful world that you could do anything in? I mean its basically like living another life in a another world when it comes to Oblivion. But its a world that you cannot live in without modding hahaha But what was your first thought or reaction?

Hello everyone. A little while ago i was looking for patches for some of my mods and i found one called "Akiviri Imports Mod Patch" and so i began to get curious and wanted to look for the mod and so I did. Well I came back empty handed and defeated haha. I was just hoping that someone could tell me where this mod is. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Elsarian
