are you using TYPE3_BODY_V3dot5?
It is remarkably easy. Open the rar/zip and select a body type. Open that folder, and move the meshes folder to the data folder. Get FOMM, and apply archive invalidation. That is very important. Play game. Enjoy teh bewbs.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. I have not seen a vanilla data folder in ages, so I don't know if the folders are included. Why don't you upload a few screens, so I have a better understanding of the problem.

There is a folder for the meshes and textures that you need to put it in. Don't worry about the bsa's.

Common newb mistake. you need archinve invalidation. Getting FOMM and applying it though there is easier. Exeter has some nice leather armors too ;)

In NV, that is the hardcore mode. Radiation is still something to worry about.

That used to happen to me a lot. Thats when you kill yourself. Just be sure to save, so it does not load you in a car.

There are plenty of thing like that in Anthony Lings Finer Things. It's a big one. But for a topless grunt armor? I've only seen one for males. I tried making that for female, but the hips would start clipping. There are more than enough bikini tops to do around, though.

Try killing yourself. It usually resets things.
Or, try 'coc zDCint08b' That might be the coc for that area where your stuck, and it may position you just right.
If that does not work, then clip yourself over the White House barricade. It will lead to the ruins where there will be some ferals and nukes lying around. A door will connect to the sewer.

Have you tried climbing back up? If you can, purge the cell buffer (pcb) and try again.
Have you tried an earlier save?

Why not make it yourself? It is the easiest thing you can do in the GECK. It may look hard at first, but modding fallout 3 is easy. I could easily walk you through it.

You need type 3 armors to go with it.

Sort of. Tailor Maid and My own, No Shirts No Sleeves, to a lesser extent, does have armor pieces that are just bodyaddons. Regular armor uses the upperbody slot.

The title pretty much describes the problem. I've beat most of the main quest, now I just have to enter the Presidential Metro. I press 'e' at the sewer entrance and... i hear a lot of crashing. When the black fades away, it is revealed that I am inside a car, placed exactly at the bottom of the ladder. I cannot move, nor can I tcl out of it.
Help?
Go into the console, click on the car, and type 'disable'. Interesting how you can't clip out of it.

Anybody notice the only characters from the UK (Desmond, 10penny, Moriarty) are all twits? Like Cubbage, from HL2. At least he doesn't try and kill you.

Kill yourself. No, really.
You can choose. Buncha mines, the mirv, or just the console. Load the game, and you may find that it will suddenly work. Happened to me a lot. Made a habbit of opening the console, clicking on me, and typing 'klll'. After a while, the game just started working properly. Havent done it for a good while.
Just to note, it seemed to happen right after I installed AP...

The Megaton Friend - Gives and laudes. Well, at least untill you talk to her again. You think the male Lone Wanderer would get to know her eventually.
Lucy, Bumble, Joseph etc - The Good Lamplaight Kids. Nice enough, especially the optimal ending to Rescue. They know thier rules, but understand REspect.
Agatha - I just love this woman. Really nice, pleasant to be around. Wish there was more interaction (outside AP).
Meh:
Moira - Nice enough, yet eccentric. Would probably like better, had not there been so many life-ending missions she put me though.
Three Dog - Good for radio, just not in person. Wish there was more interaction (not AP!!). Doesn't really let you crash at his pad.
Sarah Lyons - She even tells you that she won't do it with you.

Elcair, Mcready, Princess, etc - Old. Fashioned. Discipline.
Roy Phillips - Completely ruins the chance for harmony, in this shitty wasteland.

Almost anyone from the pitt - Their lives just seem so hollow, empty, and forgettable. I understand why, but when all the characters are like this, nothing good, or bad stands out.

Tenpenny - Evil up his yabbo boffin pikey lorry* guv'nor, but just so un-assuming.

Just remove it in the GECK, and replace it again with the same piece. I had that happen to me the first time I made a vault.

If it doesn't work, try killing yourself. No, really, kill yourself using the console. THat will usually take care fo crashes on auto/quicksave. I used to crash randomly like you have, and since doing this every so often, is seems to have stopped.

There are a few to choose from. Do a search 'basic/primary needs', or just 'needs'.
FWE is probably the biggest.
