  1. Thanks. Odds are that the Cailain dlg is the one I need. I'll test it and let you know. EDIT: well, he still moves now, but it triggered the right conversation and ended the dlc correctly. Good enough for a beta release. Thanks to both of you. Since I have already given you both kudos in the past, just know you deserve them again. ;)
  2. Verteska, have you tried this one? http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=861 I use it myself on my mages for the same reason you describe. I use the main file version for both my males and females, and he also has more revealinng versions called a little more or a little less.
  3. To get him to stop moving I changed his variable values to 0, then also made his interactivity from true to false. I think that last bit is where I lost the icon, but when I turn it back to true he starts cracking his neck again, so there is something there that is missing or he is set as something completely different. I have played with him as placeable creature, item, and also as human dying ambient. None of these made noticeable changes in his behavior, so there must be something designer created for him in the RtO utc that we cannot see. EDIT: I also lose or regain the icon when I change the base conversation. The current test run has comversation set to none, and thus no icon to trigger any lines. I tried to use Alistair main, and get party camp dialogue, so it also has to be a designer created dialogue in RtO that we also cannot see. :wallbash:
  4. Yeah, it's been a monster thus far. What I have been doing is adjusting on a copy of the vanilla utc from Origins. That hanging bit I got him to where he does not move (it was creepy when you look up and he cracks his neck/shrugs his shoulders/shifts his weight) Then when I used the little icon to trigger Alistair's apology speech, it triggered the whole battle strategy conversation with Loghain right before storming the tower. I got that fixed, but to do that I lost the icon triggering Alistair's speech. I'm at the point where if the funeral scene still triggers, then I might just release it with the stipulation about the bridge battle part. I was always going to release it as an optional file anyway since I know there are people who do not have that dlc.
  5. Well, kcc100cr_cailan got him clothed, but not the same pose. No big deal I think there, but on one test I forgot to take out the conversation. Got that fixed, second test got him to quit looking at the player, but now I have lost the icon after the battle on the bridge that triggers Alistair's little speech about coming back later. Will try again tomorrow, too late tonight to keep testing it. But it is progress, he's not saluting us as we approach his cross. ;) EDIT, I should say pose after the cutscene. He is in his crucified pose during it.
  6. Thanks, DW. I'll give it a shot. As long as I can get him to show up with clothes on, works for me. ;) I'll let you knoww how it goes.
  7. Yeah, and notice I use a lot of the sliders to get the facial structure where I want it. As you experiment with making faces don't be afraid to use all the different types available, you'll be amazed at what is actually possible with the toolset. Now, just a warning when making mop files for the chargen. The sliders for the nose and eyes will export as either all or none. So say you place the eye slider at 50 in the features tab, the mop file willl export the full 100 for that eye shape. When exporting mor files this does not happen, only with mop files.
  8. I have been trying to find the name of the utc file for King Cailan in RtO for an addition to my Clothed Prisoners mod. The normal trick of openning the erf file in the toolset to get the file names does not work in my case as the erf file is encrypted and cannot be opened. (asks for a version when trying to open) I am wondering if anyone has happened to find this utc file name and could let me know what it is.
  9. There is a way to set the tactics for each weapon set or type of attack being received. My Lelina is set as an archer with tactics as follows: self being attacked by ranged or magic attacks switch to ranged weapons; self being attacked by melee attack switch to melee weapons. If you do not want them to switch at all, just set them self any switch to either ranged or melee weaapons. No mod is needed for this.
  10. No sweat, and I would suggest dropping a PM to WolfheartHU. He is really good at making tatoos, and I would recommend him for this if he has the time. He has several projects both here and at BSN. EDIT: as far as the head/facial structure, I can give that a shot, and then include the mrh file for the toolset with it so that if you get someone to make the tatoos they can use the head to place them onto. I'll post the head itself here when I get it finished. http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1256
  11. More specifics might help with this. Fur replaced with what? Are you asking for all robes in general or a specific model line? Any particular color scheme? What type of runic/tribal are you talking about? Egyptian? Greek? Fantasy? Medievel? These kind of details will help the modellers know what you are asking for.
  12. You will get a better response if you place this in the mod request section. Also may want to include a picture of the face for those, like myself, who are not familiar with the face you are asking for.
  13. Oh, got to have my Leliana. That voice and her little giggle she does is so endearing to me. That's why I HAD to help with the CRS Leliana over at bioware. New kisses, alone time in the works, etc to make her romance closer to what IRS Alistair's is. For us guys she is so much more fun than Morrigan. :whistling:
  14. Thandal, if you haven't yet, try romancing Morrigan and Leliana with the Morrigan Dialogue Fix. Their jealousy banter gets REALLY katty. Hilarious moments indeed.
  15. I went through Ostagar with a fine tooth comb last night. Found a couple of elfroot I wasn't aware of but no elven guards; only elves I saw were servants, Pick the messenger, Wynne and Daveth. Then I killed the prisoner; nice timing on the mod dan  Don't know if you have seen, but I just updated it for the prisoners at Arl Howe's estate and Fort Drakon as well. ;)
  16. Thandal, (in a very horrible British accent) Naughty, naughty. Very, very naughty. :whistling:
  17. Not sure why, but this might make me looking into the scripting to learn how to reinstall that encounter. I'll have to learn this one from scratch as far as scripting goes. This one would be worth it. EDIT: after looking closer, the utc files are listed there and in the toolset, but the random encounter itself is not. (insert expletive here)
  18. Ah, thanks. Found him. Random encounter is called Gaider, and his morph is hm_ran000_gaider (gaider the magnificant).
  19. No, I wasn't looking in Lothering. Isn't that is where he is supposed to be? Which the funny thing about Lothering, over half of the refugees are listed as elves, but only the robbed couple by the bridge are actually elves. Except for the missing soldiers in the Ostagar, Lothering is the only other place I have found where there are a lot of racial changes made. Almost like Lothering was originally made as an alienage or elven village, then changed before release. I always wondered why the farmers around the doomsayer and the merchant were the same, and I found out that they are with copied utc files.
  20. I was playing around with creature files in the toolset and came across some interesting things. First was that the merchant outside the chantry in Lothering was originally a dwarf complete with headmorph. So I exported it to my game and it works fine except the sister's head is out of frame in some of the conversation shots. With him I noticed the farmers were supposed to be dwarves as well, but left them alone since they are also used around the Chasind doomsayer. So out of curiosity I poked around for other racial switches in the toolset that I could remember in the game, and came across two female and three male elven soldiers that are supposed to be at the King's Camp area in Ostagar. I went back in just to see if I could find them, and could not. Has anyone seen the elven soldiers anywhere in Ostagar? I figure they were removed for the final release, but just curious if anyone has seen them.
  21. What RB and DW are right on, plus you may have a conflict with the zevran utc file. Look for files in your mods that adjust the gen000fl_zevran.utc, and if you have more than one of this particular file, that is the conflict.
  22. The only one I can think of is the Dialogue Tweaks that you mention. Also, over at the Bioware Social Network I noticed there is a Zevran combined romance mod that has begun similar to the Alistair one that has been released and the Leliana one that is in the testing phase. That might be one that will do what you are looking for. It is being done by a different author than the other two, so I am not sure what is planned or how far along it is. I know that the Leliana one will institute a world wide kiss for her as I have been helping with scenes and testing on it, so the only thing I can think right now is to contact the Zevran author and see if he/she is doing something similar. EDIT: here is the link for the Zevran project over at the BSN: http://social.bioware.com/group/2863/
  23. If you are actually equipping/drinking it, don't. You just need to have it in your inventory to work on every portal to activate the lights.
  24. I think that was "shots of straight tequilla"! Is there a difference? (other than the purely semantic of course  ) Oh there is my friend. As a past drinker of tequilla during my college days, there is. :whistling: However, would Anora be the one to eat the worm?
  25. Use the Universal Dye Kit mod. I has several tint options available for almost all of the armors excluding unique and most mod arrmors. UDK is here: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1390
