Looking pretty good! Can you go inside the entire White-Gold Tower during the questline or anything? I think it'd be pretty cool to walk around inside it 4000 years before the Thieves' Guild quest you do in there :P

That is BIG. I think you should try to learn the mandolin for comedy effect. I already play the guitar, piano, and orchestral bass. I'm good :P Bass (electric), guitar and a wee bit of banjo here. Playing the mandolin pretty well beat me though, it's like trying to fit your feet into shoes 3 sizes to small... I can just about do it, but it's a painful experience and the whole time I'm longing to kick them off and get my big comfy stompy bass-boots on instead http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/biggrin.gif 3 sizes too small eh... *challenge accepted* :P

I'm one of those guys who has massive hands :P My thumb touches my index and middle finger on a soda can for example! I read an article a long time ago that Sony banned third-party controllers with an update, so I didn't bother buying one of those (I've known about 'em though, no worries).

Well, my sister has this Final Fantasy special edition one, and it's one of the older ones. It's never RROD'ed. I have all the Halo games, AC I, II, and Revelations (I have I, II, and Brotherhood on PS3; I found I and II for $2 each :D), Skyrim, BF: BC2 and BF3, and some others on my 360. I honestly prefer my 360 over my PS3 just because I don't really like many of the exclusives the PS3 has, while it has a lot. I can't say they don't look like they're good, but for me it's not worth it to try and play them with the small controller. I bought the Xbox I have just because of Halo actually, to be honest. Most of my friends had it and they pretty much forced me to go buy one :P I have to say though, I did end up loving the games, and we've had a lot of fun with multiplayer. If you're not going to end up buying any other games though, I wouldn't say go buy it just for one series.

My Xbox must be magical, because not once have I had a problem with it. I have a 250 GB slim, the Halo Reach special edition one. I've had it for the past 2 years, and it survived 12-14 hours of straight Reach playing during the summer here for the better part of June and July :P (I live in Arizona, where it gets to around 110-120 degrees in the summer.) EDIT: I have all three of the consoles by the way. I almost never play my PS3 because the controller makes my hand cramp up. My Wii I occasionally play, but my Xbox I play most days.

Possible spoilers from both Dawnguard and the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (I would hope most people here have played OoT because it's an awesome game, but you never know...) Nearing the end of the storyline (the Vampire Lord side at least) you get Auriel's Bow. You can get Bloodcursed Elven Arrows, which when fired at the sun block it out, getting rid of negative effects for vampires. In the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, you can shoot an arrow at the sun after completing the Water Temple and get Fire Arrows. Since Skyrim can apparently recognize when you shoot an arrow at the sun, I thought a cool mod would be to be able to shoot an arrow at the sun and then get an enchanted arrow of that type back in your inventory. (Ex: shoot a dragonbone arrow at the sun, and you get a 10+ fire damage enchanted dragonbone arrow back. Could also require a few points of magicka to fire?) Another idea is that when you get Auriel's Shield, blocking stores energy from the hits and then a powerbash releases it. At the Spirit Temple's boss, Link uses the Mirror Shield and stores energy from the magic Twinrova shoots at him. After three times, he basically can fire the spell "Flames" or "Frostbite" (although a much more powerful one) from Skyrim with his shield that allows him to hit Twinrova with his sword. Coincidentally with Auriel's Shield, when you get three flashes you basically get an extra Fus Ro Dah. Coincidentally because it's three times. So, a cool idea is an enemy that uses that kind of system with Auriel's Shield (or even a custom shield) to be defeated. Now, obviously since Dawnguard isn't out for PC yet the coding for these two items is unknown (? I don't really know since I haven't modded Skyrim at all, not having it for PC). But when it comes out, perhaps someone will want to make Zelda themed mods with the coding :P I definitely would, but then again I love the Legend of Zelda series myself. Anyone have opinions on this stuff? I personally think they're good ideas myself ;D

Yeah man, thats my plan, when i end the Vampire Lord questline, i will reload the save before joining the Vampire Lords, and then join the Dawnguard. There's a point right before you join them that's the perfect time to save :D

I just want to say the DLC is pretty awesome, imo :P With the "advanced beta testing" thing, it doesn't really seem like there's a single thing (that I have found) that can be considered a bug. I only finished the Vampire Lord side as of this moment, but I plan to reload my save to replay from directly after saving his daughter and continue with the Dawnguard. The crossbows aren't really all that good either, compared to a good bow. They fire well and accurately if you have some Archery perks however. Still much slower than a bow when you have the perk to reload an arrow almost instantly, and it isn't worth it to use them when your bow does nearly 100 more damage than one :P

Speaking of the Aldmeri Dominion, I'd love to see an expansion for Skyrim where you can go and slaughter them all :P I think it'd be cool to play in either Valenwood or Black Marsh in the next game, just because in Valenwood there are a lot of possibilities with all the trees (such as tree cities and such) and Black Marsh just because I think that playing in a swamp could be fun if they did it right (like after standing so long in a boggy area, you'd start sinking in and would have trouble moving.) As to when, so far with all of the games have been going in the future (not counting ESO), so I would say probably keep going with that.

Aw, had I known about this I would've auditioned. I haven't checked this forum in AGES though... Although my mic is absolutely terrible, so it probably wouldn't have worked well anyways. :P

I'd love to see a Minecraft Nexus myself just because I can never actually find the mod I want. If I know the name of it it's easy (like OptiFine) but if I don't it takes forever or I'll just end up giving up on finding it.

So. My CS has refused to work for the past, oh... three days... When I tried on the 15th I had to do something at work ("emergency" at where I work = out of pizza and beer :P) I'm uninstalling and reinstalling it now to see if it will work so I can finally look at it :thumbsup: EDIT: Turns out the mod REQUIRES OOO, so I'll have to settle for just looking at these scripts. EDIT2: I think I'll have to cancel being able to do this request :sad: Without being able to look at everything that I need for an actual script, like item IDs, original reference scripts, and then being able to test it ingame, I don't think I'll be able to make a working script. I really don't want to just install OOO (and MMM?) just to make one script. Sorry.

This sounds like it'd be something worth trying out... ;D I would love to help, but... I have at least 5 projects I need to finish; not to mention some of them I started last year and the end of the year before :P I just don't have the time anymore though. If you need a beta tester or anything for the mod before it's released, I'd be more than willing to do that :P
