Using unique player mod, and are just using simple CBBE textures. I've tried multiple fixes including 2k faces. I heard from someone that I needed to generate facegen data via CK, but CK loads for 5min then crashes.

Anyone know of a mod that makes races separate so you can use individual textures? If not, I'm looking specifically for a separate orc race that uses custom textures so I can just replace them myself.

Just open the default Skyrim startup menu and go to settings

Come to find out, I can just load an autosave, and then load a game from there. I bet it has something to do with loading all the scripts right off the bat when the game starts.
