Is there a mod out there that wipes off that goofy grin that NPCs show whenever they look at or talk to you?

Once I hit outside, there's no hit in framerate, just silly looking maps on the ground. I believe grass and trees are in the middle, I think.

I have saves from the other game on it, but I started a new game.

It has no mods at all. I was intending to move all my mods from my desktop to here, but I did not.

Oblivion runs smoothly with settings at Medium high. It's a newer Intel HD Graphics. OFC it won't be better than HD 5750 on my desktop, though. :wub: Unless the HD Graphics is causing the issue?

I just installed a fresh copy of vanilla oblivion on my laptop, but all the ground textures are replaced with repeating overhead maps of Cyrodiil's cities such as IC and Bruma. Wat. Specs: Thinkpad X201s Intel Core i7 @ 2.13GHz 320LM(I think) 4GB DDR3 RAM Intel HD Graphics(Unfortunately).

I've only seen one Fire Emblem mod out there, that being Black Knight armor by Unavi. I was wondering if anybody could create Eirika andLute's equipment/clothing and hair, if possible. Thanks for the tips. I only found one companion, the one which was wandering around in the wilderness. Does the Quest marker also indicate CM partners indoors?

Specs: Dell Dimension E520 Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz E6300 4GB DDR2 RAM Radeon 5750 with 1GB GDDR5 RAM 500GB hard drive, 7200RPM, Seagate. Hi, I'm getting horrible lag in certain areas of my game, such as the Anvil docks and the modded Rosethorn hall, with the bookcases. Also, places with a large amount of real lights lag horribly as well, such as Benirus Manor, which I added a bunch of lights to. I first thought this was the CPU, but when I monitor my CPU, the activity reaches 89%, tops. My GPU usage doesn't even go past 40%. If it's not my CPU that's the issue, how do I fix this? If it is, then, I'll go scrounge around for a better CPU, because my crappy Dell can't overclock. EDIT: before anybody says anything, my drivers are *NOT* up to date, as the most recent drivers conflict with another game. This is the August 2010 revision of my drivers, I think. I've had Oblivion even before I got the current GPU.

This may seem silly, but I've lost all my CM companions. I've told my companions, three of them, to wait at separate locations, one of which was in the open world(Mountain Shack). I can't find them anymore. Two I forgot where they are, and one wandered away. Is there any convenient mod to summon them or a console code that would get them back without loosing their items? Thanks.

This has been a problem for a while now. My character has been floating 1-2 ingame inches off the ground, which is downright awful. Is there an fix, like a console solution for this? Everything is normal aside from that, my character walks/runs fine, etc.

I tried both restoring the Oblivion folder to a previous date and using Fast Exit, but the lag still remains.

I just installed Deadly Reflex v6, and somehow, whenever I go to quit, the quit menu is insanely laggy and unbearable. The mouse is delayed by about 5-10 seconds and this causes it to take forever to quit. Any suggestions?

Hi everybody, I have a fairly odd crash going on here. I had Oblivion running all fine, until I installed this mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35551 Before I did anything, I made a backup of _male, which was the only thing it seemed to change. There was no .esm/esp/etc. I installed it and it crashed on loading the save file. I restored _male to the backup, but it continues to crash. I've even unchecked all the mods, but nothing seems to fix this. Any help? I did install BOSS right before and used it, but it produced no problems when I loaded the game before I installed the new mod. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 CPU, ATI Radeon HD 5750, and 4GB DDR2 RAM. I'm using OBSE and OBMM, as well as BOSS. The only other major programs running are Firefox and Microsoft Security Essentials, but I've had both running with Oblivion in the past. I've gone as far as restoring the Data folder to a previous restore. Didn't work. EDIT: A complete restore to yesterday fixed my problem. Looks like I accidentally deleted something I wasn't supposed to, or something like that.
