  1. Sounds interesting dude. Reminds me a bit of Solstheim from Morrowind. I would help you but my modding team is currently working on our project the league. I wish you much luck and I hope that your project takes off. As a hint I suggest that you mention what you can do as well so that they know that you won't be watching but helping. See ya. Edit: Scrap the mention part, I meant what type of modding you can do. Obviously you work with the CS. Sorry for the confusion mate :D
  2. Streamline Studios is currently a small band of modders. Yes we are a fairly new team, no we are not inexperienced. We have migrated a project called "The League" to our new team at Streamline Studios. We are currently in need of modders of all skills. We especially need someone who can model very well. The current members of Streamline Studios are Buddha, Dragon Emperor and I. We are very friendly and know exactly what it takes to make a successful team. At Streamline Studios we use MSN as our primary form of communication, so you will need to download msn messenger and register a hotmail or live email if you haven't already. If you are interested in being part of something new then this is the place for you. We hope to make Streamline Studios a shining beacon for the modders of oblivion, so check us out at www.streamlinestudios.webs.com. We hope to see you there. If you specialize, are learning or interested in any of these fields of expertise we would love to have you on the team. We accept both amateur and experienced modders. We need modelers, scripters, writers, texturers, voice actors, concept artist, world builders, dungeon coordinators and all of the inbetween jobs that exist for the construction set.
  3. I understand. I don't know where you got the idea that shadow softworks would be sharing the site however. The blog just shows some of my recent work. I was going to dedicate the studio to your team for you to use. If you reconsider just let me know.
  4. I'm not a premium subscriber to my website, so I only have about 80 mb of space. I think nexus would be the best for now. There are also plenty of free file sharing websites that could be used for non-releases of steampunk. Please follow the link in my signature and register to the website. If you are already registered on webs, then just log in and subscribe to the site. Please also join me on msn messenger. My email is [email protected]. Thank you.
  5. Joining my modding team would really have no requirements of you on your part. I'm just offering you a homebase to plan everything. An easier way to organize the project. Eventually, when this project is larger you will most likely need a forum of which you can post any necessary information without it getting cluttered amongst the many post already made in this topic. I can understand if this doesn't interest you, and I am in no means suggesting you begin thinking of future projects. I'm just saying it would be a place for your project team members to work without the unorganized hassle. I'm now confused with where I'm going so I'll leave it at that.
  6. Dear Steampunk Team Members, I have read over much of this topic and it has been keeping me very interested in its progress. I've noticed that this mod has much potential. I'm a contracting modder and I have my own studio website. I recently founded my studio, it is called "Man of the Mist Studios." I would very much like to assist in promoting this project to help it progress even more. Perhaps, if you would be interested you could join my modding team and work on your project with more organization. I'm not requesting that any credit be provided to myself, I basically am thinking that if steampunk formed into a team it would be able to produce even more projects for the near future. If you are not interested I can understand and I will continue to watch the progress of steam punk, if you do wish to take me up on my offer then I will be looking forward to our next conversation.
  7. I would think that downloading one mod at a time would be to keep the servers from being overloaded with task. So it would make sense if a person was limited to one download at a time.
  8. Perhaps your isp may have something to do with it. As far as I'm concerned you should be able to download everything just as easily as I can or the next person unless the site has placed a particular restriction on your account which I highly doubt.
  9. Be sure to login on the website as well. It should be the same as your forum login, but it requires a seperate login attempt from the forum. Once you are logged in you should be able to download any file using the public servers. I hope this helps you.
  10. Thank you very much, I'll go and have a look see :)
  11. That is the best shield mod I have seen since I first registered on this website as another member. That must have been a lucky find :)
  12. I am currently looking to either A.) Join a modding group who would be willing to take up an apprentice or B.) Form an amateur modders troop of both skilled and unskilled modders. The reason I am doing this is to increase my ability at modding Oblivion as well as get active within the modding community. I would really appreciate a reply from anybody who knows anything or is interested in being a part of plan b. Thank you, Stealt Recon
