  1. Yes, Oblivion log file was/is present. That's how I learned what the problem was with it not reading the Oblivion Reloaded .dll file. No, I'm not using any ENB...don't like them. I discovered a mistake in my placement of the system files. Based on your info, I now have them correctly placed. I'm also going to switch back to OBSE 21 and when all is done, will test and let you know the outcome. Thank you again. Let's hope this works! EDIT: Nope. No dice. I reinstalled OBSE 21.4, have all files in place and...nothing. I have no idea.
  2. Thank you for your reply. I have installed under WIN 10 system both the Nvapi.dll and D3dx9_43.dll files which were not present. DEP is currently set to ONLY WINDOWS and system files. I have already tried OBSE 21.0 which didn't help. I currently don't have my file for 20.0 as Alenet has pulled everything from NEXUS and I haven't been able to find OBSE 20.0 anywhere else on the web. Yes, an OBSE log is being generated each time I fire up the game, and I continue to get the same message that Oblivion Reloaded was unable to load due to "Missing.dll file(s)". Fired up the game...no difference. Not sure how to turn off DEP for Oblivion, etc. in WIN 10 so that has yet to be tried.
  3. My recent post - OBLIVION RELOADED STOPPED WORKING - yielded no coherent responses. Meanwhile, I have discovered a clue. According to the generated OBSE log file, I am getting a message that says " Oblivion Reloaded failed...unable to load, missing dependent .dll file(s). This, despite the fact that the correct Oblivion Reloaded .dll file is indeed present in the Plugins folder of OBSE. OBSE 22.1 is reading everything else in the folder including Stutter Remover...everything that is except Oblivion Reloaded 6.5.0. I have done everything I know how to do - different versions of OR, OBSE, compatibility mode for different earlier versions of WINDOWS, RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, changing load order both within and after bashed patch, and more. Nothing works. Are there any "experienced" computer wiz and/or gamers who can help me solve this issue? And NO I am NOT willing to run this without OR as it has features which are highly immersive to the game play. This all resulted from my building a new custom gaming computer and upgrade to WIN 10 from WIN 7. I've been playing Oblivion for 15 years and have come too far to give up on this now. There must be something I'm missing in having reloaded the game. Starting a new game also makes no difference so that clearly rules out any sort of legacy within the save-game files. A big thank you in advance to whoever can solve this!
  4. I have been successfully using OR 6.5.0 for a very long time. I recently custom built a new gaming computer with WIN 10 operating system. I reinstalled TES iv GOTY edition and reloaded my back up of my Oblivion game folder. My game is heavily modded so I used BOSS to properly utilize load order. To date, everything is working as it should except for OR. I have attempted other versions including the latest 9.1, but none of them work. I have adjusted OR's load order position both before and after my Bash Patch. I have gone through everything I know how to do. I have been playing Oblivion for over 20 years and never have encountered anything like this. Clearly I am missing something but have no idea what. Does ANYONE know how to fix this? It's not within any of my saved files either as it doesn't work with starting a new game (which I will not do anyhow) only as a test. HELP!
  5. What happened to Oblivion Reloaded? I set up a new computer and the tech who was helping me inadvertently wiped my hard drive. Although I made backups, my archive of Oblivion mods was lost. I need to restore OR but can't find later versions on Nexus or anywhere on the web. What is listed is NOT what I need or want. Not even sure which version I had...maybe 4.0 or 5.0. Can anyone help?! A big thanx in advance!
  6. Recently I had to reload my heavily modded Oblivion TESIV GOTE. It was a recent backup from my exterior hard drive including the GAMES folder in DOCUMENTS including the same .ini and SAVE files. Everything is restored except for interior lighting. Homes (especially in basements), caves, dungeons, and The Testing Hall (which is really bad), have all gone extremely dark despite my not having changed anything in the way of OR settings, .ini settings, shader settings, and the like. I suspect its OR (Oblivion Reloaded) but then it begs the questions of WHY? What could have happened? Is it OR or something else entirely? It's most noticeable in the Testing Hall and certain interiors like inns and basements. I'm still using OR 3.1.2 as the newer versions such as 7.0 + conflict with my game for some reason. Until this incident, it all worked just fine. Anyone have any ideas? A big Thank you in advance!
  7. Greetings, There is a mod uploaded to Skyrim here on the Nexus of a Gal Gadot npc follower (mod #88503). The images posted show her wearing the new Wonder Woman armor from the motion picture, however it does not come with that particular mod (weird). Instead, the mod's description indicates a link to a blog where just the armor mod can be downloaded. I understand that with both Nifscope and Blender, it is easy (for someone who knows how to do it) to make a conversion to another game possible. My computer can no longer handle Skyrim and so I have gone back to my heavily modded Oblivion GOYE for gameplay. I have waited a long time for someone to do this fabulous armor and always thought that it would be done for Oblivion as well as Skyrim (authors just aren't modding for Oblivion like they used to, I guess). Anyway, I would love to have this armor for my Oblivion character. I'm not a modder and have no skills with either Nifskope or Blender otherwise I would do a conversion myself for my own personal use. Can anyone help me in doing a conversion for me? I posted this same request in the Skyrim Mod talk Forum but as of yet have never received a response so I'm posting here as well. A big THANK YOU to everyone in advance!
  8. Greetings. Currently, there is a mod here on the Nexus of a Gal Gadot follower (mod# 88503). While the mod apparently does not include the new Wonder Woman armor, the file contains images showing the npc wearing said armor. The description, however, does indicate where on the web the armor can be found and downloaded ( https://eskrimmods.blogspot.com/2017/10/amazonian-armor-cbbe.html ). I have waited for a long time for someone to make an armor mod of this fantastic design from the Wonder Woman movie. I guess I always thought that the modder would produce it across both Oblivion as well as Skyrim. My problem is, my computer can no longer handle the rendering of Skyrim forcing me to go back to Oblivion. As it is, even my Oblivion is heavily upgraded and modded creating a similar situation of gameplay. Still, I can play it and would love to have Wonder Woman's new armor from the movie for my Oblivion character. I'm a graphic designer, not a modder and as such have no skill with Blender or .nif files. Would it be possible for someone to convert the Skyrim file of this armor for Oblivion? Assuming that permission could be granted from the author of that armor, I know it's probably asking a lot, but I don't know what else to do other than have someone give me a crash course in Blender and the overall procedure step-by-step on how to do this myself. Any help that anyone can give me would be deeply appreciated! A very big THANK YOU in advance!
  9. Tycho's Shield on Back mod has always worked well for me with all the Oblivion and SI shields. Several modders have over the years, created .bck files of other custom modded shields to work with SOB. Now, I've created a couple of shields for myself and would like them to place on my character's back. What I need to know is, how do you make a .bck file of the appropriate mesh? I have searched the internet and can't find a single reference for how to do it. Tycho never released with any of his SOB versions the instructions on how to make custom shields work. Can anyone provide the step-by-step instructions to make .bck files for custom shields? A big THANK YOU in advance.

  11. For a while now I've been teaching myself the CS and most recently, trying my hand at some scripting. I'm developing a particular mod feature where market stands and vendors set up for just one day out of the week as a kind of "market day". I can do everything else, but it seems to me that each vendor and stand would need to have a single script removing/adding them from the cell/game world. I have tried and tried and can't get it to work. Would anyone be willing to write the required script for me and post it in a reply here in the forums? Unless I'm mistaken, I'm thinking it shouldn't require a very lengthy script and the same one could/should be able to be used for every npc and object involved. I want the market to set up only on Saturdays between 7am and 6pm, if that info helps. A very BIG THANK YOU in advance. P.S. I only need this for my own use and have no intention of posting this mod feature on Nexus. Even if I were considering such a thing, proper credit would certainly be given. Again, thank you.

According to the description, the author/creator of Tchos Breakfast Food Mod 20526 here on the Nexus has already given permission to use this work in other mods, simply giving credit where credit is due so I am confident in posting this request. Currently the mod has the foods only available in the Tiber Septim Hotel. Also there are no appropriate icons for any of the foods when placed in the player's inventory. The mod needs the creation of appetizing icons as well as a simple update to make all the foods available across Cyrodiil in inns and from appropriate merchants who already sell food like "The Feed Bag" and the Copious Coinpurse, etc., etc...It's a great mod containing great work...PLEASE!
  13. In the DLC Battlehorn Castle mod, you can acquire a war horn which grants you a spell to summon the man-at-arms to fight with you. There is supposed to be the sound of a blaring horn when you cast the spell, but it has never worked. So, using the CS, I created a new horn sound, thinking it might be the original FX (.wav) sound byte file. Not even my new sound file will work. Also, this is NOT the first time I've had issues with not hearing sounds where there are supposed to be whether original Bethesda or an added mod . Even as I study the CS, some sounds will "play" in the sampler window and many will not. Why? I have checked, double-checked, re-double-checked, over and over, and there seems to be no reason why the (horn) sound should not play when the spell is cast. Hopefully the problem has a simple fix. Can anyone tell me what it is? A hearty THANK YOU in advance!
  14. For a long time I have desperately wanted to add water to the statue in Chorrol. It would make the perfect "fountain" as it is the only statue with an appropriate basin suitable to hold water. What I have done so far is removed the grass bottom and replaced it with stone. I've also removed the rocks and the shrub. Now it looks like a fountain! All I need do now is to add water. I wouldn't even mind a fountain bubbling out of the top of the statue's head, but I'll settle for just the water at the base. Problem is...I'm not a modder and have limited knowledge of the Construction Set and despite endless internet searches for tutorials working with water, can't seem to find the info I need. If someone could adequately explain step-by-step, clearly and concisely, how to add water to this structure, I could probably do it myself. Right now, I have absolutely NO CLUE how to do it!   15. I was unsure where to post this - either under new mods or mod talk since this might be considered a modification to an existing mod, assuming permission could be granted. As most everyone knows, Nailflan is a modder who creates the most beautiful of clothing and armor for the HGEC body. Problem is, there are so many of them to choose from (all individual mods) that it is both impossible and impractical to install them all, especially when you have an already heavily modded Oblivion game load list. What is needed is a single .esp file (and perhaps .bsa) store mod which sells the entire Nailflan line. Sifonseal did a marvelous job creating just such a mod, but it was designed for those who have installed FOMO. Many of us, including my own gaming circle, do not use FOMO and so none of us can utilize much, if any, of Naliflan's wonderful work. What we need is either a new mod or modification of Sifonseal's which does NOT require FOMO. The shoppe could be located somewhere in the IC (perhaps right beside Divine Elegance) or as a separate shoppe somewhere in the countryside in a location not used already by another mod - modder's choice. My gamesters group developed a rudimentary concept where three sisters Natasha, Nadine, and Nicole Naiflan have just opened Nailflan's Fine Au Couture selling clothing and armor creations by Nailflan. Other than that, again, it's modder's own concept. We have no idea who might have to grant permission - perhaps both Sifonseal and Nailflan to do this, but it would be a smashing mod if so accomplished. None of us, unfortunately are modders, so the best we can do is come up with ideas, unable to implement them. We'll leave that to the experts out there who really know their way around the olde Construction Set. A hearty thank you to anyone willing to take on the project!
  16. HELP! I have always loved the mod Speedbuster Collection! Problem is, when the author created it, all the chests and other containers was strangely placed in the IC Market District, significantly dragging down the FPS, not to mention re-cluttering up after using the mod Cleaner Imperial City which removed all the ugly clutter from around the city including the IC Market. What I need, as well as others in my Oblivion player's club, is for someone willing to make a new Speedbuster .esp file which removes all the chests from the IC Market and instead places them lined up on the floor of the Testing Hall. My friends and I are not modders and are only generally familiar with the Construction Set, otherwise we'd do this ourselves. I tried, but couldn't get even one chest to properly place, so I gave up. For anyone who is an experienced modder, this shouldn't be too tall an order (I hope). Would someone PLEASE be willing to take this project on? A hearty thank you in advance!
  17. To enhance combat, I recently installed Deadly Reflex and frankly, I'm very pleased (overall) with its performance. The only issue (so far) is with the viewing, handling, and activating of items in-game which are higher, on shelves, or elsewhere. It seems my player/character now has to look down more in order for the item name to appear on screen. It's no real problem for items close to the floor or for doors, npcs, etc. But, for those items up high on shelves like chests, sacks, etc., I cannot activate/open them. Even in TCL mode my player cannot position correctly to see the item name appear so that it can be activated. Does anyone have any ideas how to correct this? Thanks in advance.
  18. In playing Oblivion, I've utilized the "Immersive Interiors" mod by SomeWelshGuy for a long time now. It works beautifully, but only on the designated buildings as found in the original game. As it appears that it is no longer being updated, I'm left with many modded homes and other structures which are not compatible with it. While the windows all take on a semi-transparent quality, no exteriors can be seen. What I'm left wondering, is if there is any (easy) way of making modded homes, etc., compatible with the Immersive Interiors mod. I'm not a modder, but do know a little of the Construction Set. Is there anyone out there who is (or would be willing to do) an Immersive Interiors compatibility version for certain mods (I can supply the names) or could tell me, step by step in detail, how to convert them myself using the CS? Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance
  19. MOD DESPERATELY NEEDED! Aye, I do have a mod already installed that allows my player to be Super Girl. I've also sort of rigged a mish-mash of things in-game from the Apache Goddess Store to be a kind of Batgirl. And I know that there are several mods out there for the old Wonder Woman costume, but they all stink. Finally, there's even a really nice Black Widow costume that was done up but ONLY for Fallout New Vegas and a (horrible) DMRA Guts version for Oblivion that makes the player look like the She-Hulk (Black Widow is thin and wiry NOT a muscle-bound bimbo!) So, having said all that...M' Lords and Ladies...it is time for someone to take up the gauntlet that I am throwing down and make a mod(s) that places authentic-looking armors/clothing/costumes into the Oblivion (and perhaps Skyrim) game world that consiist of Thora (female version of Thor's movie-type costume, see attached jpeg), Black Widow (also see attached jpeg image), and now, with the new movie coming out in 2017 - the NEW Wonder Woman armor complete with lasso/whip, shield and sword (see the photo). All should be done as close to the images as possible. I would have liked to include Hi-Res images, but was limited by the Forum. All should be for the HGEC and compatible body type. Aye, if ya be wantin' to do a merchant store, make it worth your while and eventually add other movie version costumes as well, like Batgirl, Electra, Merida (from Disney's Brave), Scarlet Witch, and others. I know it's a tall order and so, right now, I'm only beggin' for what I consider to be the top three. At least Black Widow shouldn't be too hard since a mod (movie) version (and a darn good one) already exists in Fallout New Vegas as mentioned. All that's needed is for someone to make the same thing in HGEC for Oblivion! Then do the new Wonder Woman perhaps in time for the movie's release and then Thora (perhaps a male version for Thor and female for the female players) in time for Thor 3's release!...PLEASE!
  20. I'm not a modder. I'm a graphic designer. Mostly my modding experience has been limited to textures. Still, I've had this idea for a long time to make placable Barrels for vendors to sell so that I and other players can place them in-game like those items sold by AMajor7's Imperial Furniture Store. I've tried and tried and I just can't get them to work. I have my meshes and textures and even icons. I can make them fine (as items) and even get them into the seller's inventories. Problem is, once purchased, and placed in-game, they don't work as containers. When I hit the spacebar to activate, all they do is return to my inventory. I don't know how to script like AMajor7 did for their chests and drawers. I've tried on-line tutorials, but nothing seems to address my particular need. Is there anyone out there who can and/or is willing to share their knowledge as to how to do this? HELP! Thank you!

I have a question, though I think I already know what the answer is...I haven't found anything on Nexusmods or elsewhere on the net, but does anyone know if someone has ever made an Oblivion mod which emulates the gameplay of Skyrim in that npcs will make shocking comments and disparaging remarks to you, having perceived you as nearly or totally naked if you run around scantly clad or even completely nude? If not, it might be an idea for a new mod for Oblivion assuming it wouldn't be too difficult or time-consuming to make. I realize actual voice acting would be out of the question, but just some well-worded visual dialogue alone might be fun. I'm not a modder, otherwise I'd make it myself. Thanks!
  22. Does anyone know how to change a static item/object into a usable/playable one? I have Nifskope, but am unfamiliar as to how to use it and so far, all tutorials so-called, I found are a mess. Strotis years ago made a gramophone static resource (mod/35943) and I would like to use it, but as a playable item and not static. Can anyone help me please? Thank you...
  23. I have two mods installed which contain what are supposed to be "playable" items. Yet, when you drop or manually remove the item from inventory, all the item does is freeze in midair. You cannot "touch" it via the z key or otherwise manipulate it to set it down or move it around. All you can do is grab it back into your inventory. I figure that the modder(s) have done something in error to do with the .nif file as the item already is checked "playable" in the CS. Can anyone help. Also, if it is a .nif issue, can someone please tell we where to find a straight forward, clean download for nifskope? All I can find are garbage websites for it. Thank you in advance...
  24. I recently added the old Shield on Back mod ver 3.1 and it works great. The only problem I have with it is that the author of the mod chose to turn off the mid-screen crosshairs and activator symbols making it impossible to target, and as well, when looking at a bunch of NPCs, containers, etc. close together, which one(s) you're actually looking at. Everything is turned on in the Oblivion .ini file and in-game settings so I don't know where else to look. I can go into the CS if need be, but have no clue where to go, what to change, and how to reverse this mod's settings to restore my crosshair/activator symbols. Can anyone PLEASE help?
