  1. Hey there! I'm looking for someone experienced with making conversions to help me with CBBE conversions for my Wanderer Fashion Collection (it's currently hidden due to fixing 1st person meshes and adding 4 new outfits - this has all been completed but I don't want to show the mod again until I have CBBE conversions). My modding partner and I only use vanilla (and have no current plans to switch to CBBE), and despite watching a bunch of tutorials, I am not confident that I could produce conversions that are release worthy, let alone test them ourselves. I had someone do the BodySlide files, but they didn't work as planned so I'd really like to just get some conversions that are ready to go with as little hassle as possible. You will be fully credited as a co-author, and your profile will be mentioned and linked to at the start of the description and I will also be forever grateful!! If you've got the skills and some spare time and would like to help, please send me a message! Here are 6 of the 12 outfits that are in the pack: http://i68.tinypic.com/2nqbk10.jpg
  2. Hey buddy, this might be better suited to the Mod Request forum or the Mod Talk forum :)
  3. You could probably use Photoshop to erase the scarf pieces with the eraser brush and save it so that alpha is enabled. This way, where the scarf was there would be nothing there! Then you could put the two pieces together in Outfit Studio. I've had luck doing this for some of my outfit mashups - im not a mesh artist by any means so I've been doing texture workaround instead and they work great :)
  4. I'm so sorry if this has been asked - I did a forum search for weight and weighting etc but nothing came up. I'm looking to replace the tools in the Sturges tool belt with chems. I've got them into the belt in the perfect positions, but after trying everything I can think of (and having a few other modders try to help) we just can't make it work. We've tried linking to bones, copying weights etc - but they won't show up in game, however under the current tool menu drop down the actual weight paint brush is there but not selectable (hence the workaround attempts). Would you suggest just exporting it into 3DS and attempting to do it there or does the weight paint feature in OS actually work and I'm just doing everything wrong (which I'm pretty sure is the likely explanation)? If anyone could help or even point me to a tutorial (again - numerous google searches and they've mostly just turned up stuff about CBBE) I'd really really REALLY appreciate it. Thank you!
  5. Hey there! :) I have only dabbled with vanilla hair mashups in Outfit Studio and nifskope, but never got them release quality. So I would suggest getting Outfit Studio, Bethesda Archive Extractor, and Nifskope if you want to work with hair meshes - and Photoshop if you want to do any kind of texture work! I'd suggest starting with fiddling with clothing meshes to get a feel for how Outfit Studio actually works (like the layers etc) before moving onto hair - I tried to go hair first and almost cried!! I honestly haven't found a lot of tutorials, so I've found asking questions to people who make mods specifically like the ones you have in mind! Good luck with everything!
  6. Were you thinking of retexturing a flag or making an entire new mesh? I can give you some texture pointers if that's what you're wanting to do :)
  7. This is a great idea! I too wanted a house in Gooodneighbor instead of stuck up Diamond City!
  8. You'll need to reload to an earlier save before attacking the traders, as attacking traders/innocents makes companions and settlers go hostile.
  9. I've got a ridiculous amount of mods enabled and so far ok (about half an hour in?).
  10. I'd love to see a hair bandana like this: http://pinupboutique.com.au/love-from-pixie-perfect-bandana-polka-p-1585.html or one that goes around/sits at the base of the neck like this (in particular the third one): http://bakersfieldblonde.com/tag/scarf/. I've tried to create my own with the vanilla bandanas but I just don't have the skills to get it working past outfit studio. If anyone could help, I'd be really grateful!
