Brotherhood has a lot of good ideas.And way too many bad ones. Just like the Enclave.
Should they become less paranoid and less lets kill you for your shiney plasma gun, I think theyd have more friends. I know many would offer to purchase/trade for fancy toys,before they outright take it,but they really need a major rethink.
Sure the ones under Elder Lyons are still pompous assholes(well 90% are) but theyre at least attempting to change.
Sometimes change is needed. In the Brotherhoods(Especially the NV bunker) case,they need to change and adapt,or fade and die.

If you dont have the 4GB enabled, then that may be the problem. Obsessive loading is rather due to low memory or your computer choking with too little RAM. Get the 4GB enabled if you dont have it; and use it. Also try the d3d9.dll fix, if the 4GB enabled doesnt help. If both fail you; go into your .ini and bump up your preload size limit. Actually bump up your preload size limit when you get the 4GB enabled; they kinda go hand in hand. I have mine at 26214400. Goodluck mate ;)

Have had nVidia for about 20 years. Never had a cooling issue. I live in temperated zone, however.
I lived in a city with a micro case. Summers where it was around 100* and a crappy AC sure ddnt run well.
I like my ATi Card but man,these latest drivers are pure s***.

Whats your PC specs? Uninstall EVERYTHING. Go to your NV folder,unnstall it,delete the folder,and start over.

Best thing to do is delete all and start over. make sure you use UTD mods.

Check for masters. Failure to boot means missing/corrupted master files.
Go to your Data folder.
Usually

Textures go in textures
Menu in menu

Dont forget your NVSE goes in the fallout new vegas folder(where the FNV.exe is)

Most of them use Caliber. Some will change into CASE. Dont run both as youll get a SHITTON of duplicate entries.

No. Couriers Stash is just that only one.esm. All 4 have been known to cause problems.And its been explained again and again and again and you see it all the time.
We had a thread going explaining common causes of crashing but never got stickied like it should have.
Only ways to get all 4 preorder packs is to pirate or buy 4 copies of FNV.

Download the Weapon Animation Replacer and its installer. Follow directions and should be fixed.

I had to uninstall it personally. Loved the guns. Hated that he left.Well,he dont play FNV anymore.
Book of Earache and CaliberX are still floatin around,but those are patches. Best to find the original updated kit.

Looks WAY too advanced for NCR.
Try using a slimmed down T47D and basically strip down all servos (so the joints have to be thinner) and the life support systems wouldnt be as advanced(so a patched front and rear plates to show its thinner)

Yes and no.
Dreadwolf was the only person who managed to get an M203 and CQBWS working on the M4 in his Westide Munitions mod. But he took them down Book of Earache has that stuff too,but its not hosted on the Nexus anymore.
