Where's that one mod that spawns you in a white room in a new game as Oblivion's version for Alternate Start?

What if we had a weapon selection wheel similar to that of Doom 4 that slows down time in fights and uses ap's. But won't do either unless an enemy has engaged the player. It would be a modern iteration of how opening your inventory in Fallout 1 and 2 used ap's in fights.

What mods can cause it?

When I try to start a new game I'm elevated almost to the ceiling from the bed. What is the common cause and how do I fix it?

The mod I'm referencing uses up ap in real time without slo m. And you can't shoot until your ap replenishes. But I guess this is as close as I'll get.

Anyone know of the mod that uses action points to shoot without vats? I know a mod like that was around at some point. Just don't remember the name.

I'm not sure which mods could be causing this but I went to the fort where I saw an orc with missing hands and a woman with a missing thigh. I can only assume there's similar graphical glitches on other characters, any clues? Do I install Enchanted Editor in the Morrowind or Data Files folder?

I'm asking this because I'm more familiar with Skyrim/Oblivion/New Vegas modding. Is there a TES3edit or Loot equivalent for Morrowind?

I know there's already the Simple Prostitution System but it conflicts with the Unofficial Oblivion Patch because it edits existing NPCs as opposed to creating new ones. I propose a new prostitution mod with hookers of multiple races, genders, is compatible with Unique Landscapes & Better Cities. I'm not saying it has to have sex animations. Perhaps a fade screen to black with a new temporary boost/perk.

Should I use from this: bridge the gap between Unique Landscapes and Better Cities? Keep in mind I'm not using ANY other mod. Its completely vanilla between these two.

I resolved the issue. It was one of the mods that removes the annoying pop up messages.

One Hud, UIO, JIP companion control, weapon overheating and select fire. Uninstalled all of those, didn't work. Edit: forgot I got MCM too.
