I am thinking of a scripting mod to deal with the infamous NPC weapon bug.. I.E. the weapon hovers over the right are in a fist fight pose. But it might be a bit (or well) over my limited skill with FOSE. So unless it has been done before and I am just overlooking it like a derp (I wouldn't put it past me sometimes) I want try to make a script that will automatically add and remove a minor item from all NPC inventory's active in the cell or within a set range making them reequip there weapons on the most common types of cell change that cause the glitch. Really the idea started as something for my companions to hot-key some quick and dirty batch files I made that simply prid's the ones I normally use then adds and removes a bobby-pin from them.. But except for the default and one modified base game NPC who like war their refid never changes, Mod added followers sometimes get moved and I need to remember to edit their bat file to match. So I was hoping to make a better automatic or hot-keyed option that is not dependent on refid's..

Thanks that helps the official DLC's not I just need to track down the mod's x_x I think the underground hideout is the worse offender with all of its item sorter pop-ups... -
As the title says I am looking for a way to disable all the notification pop-ups from mods and official DLC's when starting a new game. At least the ones that you need to actively click "ok" because this is active or that is loaded etc, As the ones that just display passively in the upper left corner for a sec do not bother me. Aside from being annoying having to click "ok" 10 or 15 times sporadically over waking up and 1st leaving the doc's just really drags down and ruin the feel of the game start.

As far as scope companion quest and multiple interactions would be wonderful, But I would be ok with a basic selectable and controllable companions for now... I just picked up DA:O and DA:2 last week at a store closing sale, So I'm just starting to learn what can and can't be done.. The mod tool looks like an unwieldy beast to me yet... But maybe that just because I have been too spoiled by how easy Bethesda tools makes modding since Morrowind =P

Hello I am looking for someone can add two child mage apprentice companions (one boy one girl) to the game that can be hired.. Maybe placed in the tower lobby after the Broken Circle quest. I have seen that combat animations work for kids from the "Dragon Age Kids by RustyBlade" mod. If this was a Bethesda game I would make them myself but since I am very new to Dragon Age modding adding new companions is still way above my skill x_x... P.S. one the same note, a rouge girl would be nice too.. though I don't know where to place her that see will be always available (I.E. how Lothering is destroyed would not be good)

I would like to ask if someone can please add iron manacles like what the player started with in Oblivion.. I have seen some other mods that add them with a bunch of other bondage gear but they are always part of a set not equipable alone... What I would like to see is a pair of high rez manacles both added to the player in the opening and craftable in the iron menu and useable for enchanting like gauntlets..

I am trying to make a multi-companion mod adding a few, maybe two or three possible follow to each city. Well it calls for two potential child companions (a female in the Riften Honorhall Orphanage and a male in Dawn Star), the problem is I am having trouble with both the new dialog editor but more importantly I can't seem get the follow faction working for kids and i can't find where to edit them to make it work...Although i plan to make new unique NPCs for the real mod, in this fact finding experiment i have been trying to use Runa Fair-Shield as an guinea pig... any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated Edit: I was able to get the dialog to work and she follows me... but no matter how I change her skills and "A.I. Data" settings she will not fight only flee

I'm with you it really makes it imposable to see your target at any kind of distance.. sadly it's a shader tied to the enchant on the armor so until the CK I don't see a way to remove it without removing the whole enchant effect

Ok I have seen many pose mods witch in some cases trigger an idle animation used by idle markers.. but i would like to know can the activators be changed to allow the players to use them?

well i have everything else working... the topics are there and she responds with text and lip sync properly but the sound file will not play... i have a quick screen shot of the editor but i can't tell what i am missing http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/vv19/Lucian_Dragos/Image1.png the sound file is a .ogg file converted to mp3 (cloning dialogue form a stock file to a new topic) i have done this before in FO3's GECK and it worked fine so i don't know what i am doing wrong... Edit: well the conversation problem was fixed... but now i have an issue with detection dailogue.. i.e. normal to alert, combat to normal etc... i can't find any info online on how to make it work
