In your Oblivion.ini change 'fDlgFocus' to an high setting, mess around a bit with it, it should disable the zoom in during conversations.

Don't use NMM for oblivion, it does not work well. Install Oblivion Reloaded. No mods that I know of require FCOM, FCOM will always require MMM

Get rid of \FastExit2.dll and use the Oblivion Reloaded inbuild fast exit. Streamline 3.1 might conflict with OR I believe 'Kvatch Rebuilt Weather Patch' still relies on the old Kvatch Rebuild.esm file which in newer version no longer exists. Use a batched Patch.

They say this mod causes crahses: P1DkeyChain.esp, however it can not cause the crash are currently experiencing. Also like @forli said don't use LOOT, use BOSS.
