You can't. They reset every time you leave the cell. The character defaults would need to be changed in the main files individually for that character so we will have to wait for the CK to really fix the issue.. I know it can be done now but not an easy undertaking as I understand it. I tried the same thing with Syldja. Change her clothes to something nice and she would change right back when I leave..

Every time I read the title of this thread, I envision a bunch of guys running around in fur bandit outfits with Afros.

The comments are made even without a companion with you. The guard will say it.

Spells into rings and helmets.. Like detect life for example.. Or Just add in the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. And Hydras would be cool. You know, dragons with more than one head?

I am not positive but the first time I played through I found a Ritual room inside the Black briar house in Riften and I was getting attacked by assassins every few in game days. Second play through (Non Stormcloak) no sacrifice room. So I think it is Maven who performs the black sacrament to have you killed. Also Mavens (Mother,Aunt,Grandmother?) in Whiterun is part of the quests for the Dark Brotherhood and she gives you a reading.

You could try and wait until the dungeon resets. I am not sure how long it takes in game days but worth a try.

Oblivion you could use 4 ingredients to make a potion. In skyrim it is only 3 ingredients to make a potion, but each ingredient still has 4 affects.

I found out that if you leave the cell they will revert back to no clothes if you take it off and change there clothes to something else. But you can get them to return to default clothing by removing the shoes as well. Kinda weird but seemed to work on Sylgja. The command is equipitem 000cee76 1

Ok so I want to know. I know how to add it to inventory but not on them.

Ok so I just zoomed out to see my character in 3rd person and clicked me but it doesn't give a base value. So Help "slim" 0 gave me a base value for my character (character name is slim jim like the beef sticks) as 00000007 so I setessential 00000007 1 and picked a fight with a guard till I should have died and I fell to one knee, would not get up unless I used a healing potion. Potions of regeneration did not work and I was unable to use magic or get up. Just on one knee. so You can indeed set yourself as essential.. Pretty neat.

TGM is Toggle God Mode Problem with god mode is it makes you immune to damage and give unlimited carry and magic. Invincible. TIM is if you want more realistic play. You can still be knocked down and armor stats improve as you take damage and you can run out of stamina and magic. I haven't used it yet but I think you fall to one knee like all the essential characters if you run out of health.

On PC Hit Tilde ~ Then type in tim hit enter Hit tilde key again to exit console. Tim stands for Toggle immortal. You still have all the same limitations but cannot die.
